Dear Peter I hope you are well. I have tried to call you & left a voicemail, we haven't received any emails from you regarding your order. I have just checked our tracking logs & can see a 1KG parcel was sent to you which would indicate a 1000 ml product being sent. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us if you could send me an image of what you received then we can query this with the warehouse to ensure it's resolved. “The tests came quickly and look the part which is why I gave it 2 stars. What I couldn't see when ordering was that you can't register the result via the NHS website. I scanned the QR code and it was not recognised. I called customer service who said you have to use the Yoti app which I have not heard of. I went along with it and downloaded the Yoti app and scanned the QR code and again it wasn't recognised. I reported this to customer service and 2 days later I am still waiting for a reply.”
