Purchased over £3000 bathroom goods, they knew the date required, the order was changed several times due to stock issues, they rarely replied to the many emails chasing them and phone always rings out. Turned out nothing was in stock, and they have been unable to refund my money. I should have researched before I paid, they have hundreds of reviews suggesting their dishonesty. They are unkind and exist by not supplying goods and keeping customers money, apparently by company restructuring. They claim to be Holier than thou, if they are, they will reap what they have sown. They appear to show no remorse and can only exist by what appears to be dishonesty, They claim they refund diligently, THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY, PAID IN GOOD FAITH. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDER, THEY OWN THREE COMPANIES, NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF OWNERS AVAILABLE ON HMRC WEBSITE! They had their names removed from my initial review. I GUESS EVERYTHING IS CATCHING UP WITH THEM! My reviews will be removed when my money is refunded!

Utterly disappointed with customer aftercare. I ordered taps just as the UK went into lockdown so couldn’t get a plumber until after this was over. The taps weren’t even out of the box for this time. Unfortunately the taps were not the right size so I wanted to exchange them, I was finally told as it was outside the returns period they wouldn’t accept this and I was stuck with them even though they hadn't been even opened and I wanted an exchange. Customer services take ages to get back to you and when they do they are very unfriendly. Working flat out during the Covid crisis in the NHS I wasn’t able to do anything with the taps myself and plumbers wouldn’t come out, still no understanding from these guys, flabbergasted at the lack of ‘customer support‘. Don’t get anything from them, they won’t accept returns!!!!

Appalling! So called customer service number either doesn’t connect or if it does, a recorded message says that the user is busy… Busy doing what? Robbing people? Received a completely broken item and can’t get hold of anyone. Do not use this company. No response via email either

Do not touch this company under any circumstances. They refuse to refund my credit card after the bathroom basin was delivered broken. I repeat under no circumstances use the company. The phone No on the website has been disconnected

They take your money and never deliver your goods. They also never answer phone calls or emails. They have now blocked my number so i am unable to ring them - proving beyond doubt that they purposefully ignore calls. Further action needs to be taken against these criminals.

As with most other recent reviews, I too was advised that UK Bathrooms were going into voluntary liquidation and were not only not going to supply the £1K plus goods I had ordered but also wouldn't be giving me a refund owing to their financial position, leaving me to have to claim a refund via Section 75 and my credit card company. At that time they were also taking new orders along with customers money and showing the items I'd ordered as being in stock. Now they are saying they are scheduling a "relaunch" in October 2023. In my opinion, the same directors will walk away having suffered minimal, if any, financial losses from the voluntary liquidation and then start up another business, if not essentially the same business but probably under a different name, from scratch and then at some point in the future go into voluntary liquidation again after creaming off customers' money. My advice is don't buy anything from any business who's directors include the same Andrew Dixon Boddy, Graeme Roger Borchard and Peter John Gregg who were the directors of UK Bathrooms. In my opinion, these villains need to kept out of business.

UK Bathrooms also pose under the names "Ripon Interiors", "Yorkshire Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd" and "GBB Interiors Group" (and probably others owned under the same directors). https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05422380 We ordered and paid for bathroom fittings on 11th Sept and were advised 1- 3 weeks delivery. Received email 10 days later (21st Sept) stating the company was being "restructured" and to be "assured" that the purchase "will be delivered as promised", and to expect "Timely delivery" and "Continued support". I wrote on 28th Sept to check on order and was surprised to be advised they are "unable to fulfill certain orders" and that they are "unable to issue refunds directly", and recommend I initiate a chargeback under section 75 of the consumer credit act. The website is still open, and still taking orders. Take notice people.. this is a scam. It's a group of dishonest individuals advertising cheap goods that they don't have, and haven't any intention to supply.

Stay away from this SCAM company, they do not answer their phones, promise a delivery day and yet don't provide tracking even though they state the delivery company will text and call. Waited for a delivery for Monday and surprise surprise it didn't turn up. Have asked for a confirmed date for delivery and yet still awaiting a response if they do not deliver I can assure I will see this through the court with this SCAM company. I URGE ANYONE ELSE BEING MESSED AROUND BY THIS COMPANY TO TAKE THEM TO COURT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REPLIES THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM

Beware! This company cleverly hide their returns policy in their T&C's, rather than making it obvious on their webpage. If I had to return a tap I perhaps would not have minded picking up the cost and popping to the post office, however I would still feel that it was poor service. In my case I had to return a bath. This took a lot of research and cost on my part. Please be careful if ordering from them. There are better companies out there.

Absolutely shocking - disastrous customer service. We ordered loos for 3 bathrooms, all of which said delivery within 2-3 weeks.... 11 weeks later, nearly 3 MONTHS we have still not received anything. I have had to chase repeatedly, no one at the company takes ownership, no one kept me updated, no one gave accurate delivery details... I am still waiting for a cistern handle and people don’t even reply to emails. Oh, and if you try to contact them on the phone be prepared to wait for ~20 minutes each time you have to chase them... which will be a lot.

Verging on criminal! Yes they like to take the orders but is there a problem with the delivery or faulty product? They will just totally blank you in the hope you might go away! I definitely would not recommend this company! On the contrary: Avoid them by any means!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM Ordered two products online. Advised one of them wasn’t available within the time I needed it, so asked cancel the entire order (as their delivery charge for orders under £500 is astronomical). This all happened within 24 hours and obviously no product was delivered to me at all. Sent 5 emails and also completed their website form advising of my wish to cancel and requesting a full refund - they haven’t even acknowledged any of my requests. I’ve also called them twice - hanging on for a very long time - but their phones just ring endlessly then cut you off. I have had to involve my bank now to recover the monies. Seriously, find another firm to buy your products from and do not use these people.

Absolutely awful company! I have an Ideal Standard pan and purchased a Roper Rhodes seat from their website as it states it would fit most D shaped pans (like ours) and the hinges/dimensions matched our pan size. I purchased it for £51.54. Here is the wording from the advert (in case they suddenly change it after this post) "The Roper Rhodes Define Soft Close Toilet Seat comes in a high quality white and chrome finish. It will fit most toilets and is suitable for D shaped pans" The item arrived and one of the fixtures went in no problem securing to the pan. The other one had a problem continually popping out from the pan every time the seat was lowered. It was not holding in place and we had a professional plumber attempt to fix it in place for a long time. The conclusion was that there is a fault with the seat fixture. Clearly it would stay in place if this one works as the other side was fixed in tightly. I sent photos of the problem to uk bathrooms and they arranged for collection and agreed to refund me. However, they refunded me only £44.59. I queried where the balance was and they said this was for the postage they were not refunding me for Their stance was that they have refunded the seat as "goodwill" and the reason they are not refunding the postage is because the seat is for Roper Rhodes pans only. They never stated they were going to withhold any of my money as part of the collection and refund process which is very wrong and very bad business and awful customer services I have sent them screenshots of their advert which clearly state the seat will fit most D shaped pans and there is nothing that states it is for a Roper Rhodes pan only like they were now stating in their emails. Again the wording is "The Roper Rhodes Define Soft Close Toilet Seat comes in a high quality white and chrome finish. It will fit most toilets and is suitable for D shaped pans" I have pointed out that this is mis-selling if they sell an item as "will fit most pans" and when it doesn't work they state it is only for Roper Rhodes so they are not refunding all my money as it is my mistake. I have found their customer service shockingly stubborn. Even when the evidence of mis-selling is in black and white. They still maintain it is my fault for not having a Roper Rhodes pan so they are keeping my money. I find it absolutely petty that they will keep the postage money and lose a customer over it. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had from any company who make the rules as they go along. All I can say is avoid them

Dreadful company. Not to be trusted. They sent me the wrong size bath and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Very pleasant staff when you make an order but dreadful when there is a problem. The order was in writing so no excuse to sent the wrong one. They refuse to come and collect the wrong bath and deliver what I ordered. Very bad indeed.Be aware.
