“I don't believe I will ever order from this company again. Original delivery date was Jan 6, 2023. It is now January 19th and still have not received my grandsons order. Tracking is also a mess. I don't recommend this company.”

“People need to be aware that this website is a SCAM. It is run by one man from his house in Hamilton, Scotland (Check the address on the "Contact us" page). He doesn't hold stock of any of the items. When you order the item, he then orders it from somewhere else, then sends it on to you - that's why the process takes so long. He offers items/sizes which aren't in stock even with the clubs, but he'll happily take your money. AVOID”

“I ordered a football shirt from UK soccer shop as a Christmas present for my Grandson. It was faulty (it had hole in the stitching) so I contacted them to see what they could do. I had to chase them again and again just to get a reply. I sent them photos of the fault but again had to chase them. In the end they asked me if the shirt still had the tags which it didn't (it hadn't been worn and we noticed the fault after my grandson first tried the shirt on) but because the tags were missing they refused to offer a replacement or a refund. They were very rude to deal with and very evasive. You cannot contact them easily if you do have a problem you have to open a ticket on their website and in my experience they only reply selectively to these. I even wrote to their head office but never had a reply. I have never received a satisfactory conclusion to my complaint and am left out of pocket with a faulty product and very disappointed grandson. I would avoid buying from this company like the plague. Poor show.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a personalised football shirt as a going away present for someone. The order was delayed to start with and they didn't phone to let me know. I had an email from them sat in my junk file asking me to confirm whether I actually wanted it personalised before they sent it. No, I just asked for it to be personalised for fun. The question wasn't an issue but they should have phoned so as not to delay sending it for several days. When I eventually saw the email and chased them, I asked them to change the delivery address to the intended recipient's house so it could be delivered directly before he went away. After another 10 days, it still wasn't there and turns out it was delivered to a shop near MY address. BY this point, the chap it was bought for had already left the country so I'm left with a crappy West Ham shirt I don't want. '3-5 working days' = '14 days, sent to the wrong address, and no phone contact to explain what was going on'. I would shop anywhere else but here again.”

“What can I say apart from AVOID this… What can I say apart from AVOID this company at all costs. Terrible service from the start. Sent the wrong items, awful quality products, late delivery after paying for a quicker delivery & still owe me my postage back from returning the items. Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID.”

“I took a job as a warehouse manager within this company. The owner Simon Pretswell hasnt been to the warehouse in 3 years. I was offered another job at another company whilst with them and decided against it. Worst thing ever, I set up his preowned shirt side of the business, then received an email informing that my services are no longer required for no apparent reason. This man is a parasite and has no respect for customers or his staff”

“If I could rate uksoccershop.com no stars, I would. Please look elsewhere for any merchandise you wish to purchase at this site. Their delivery takes a very long time. Five months later, I am still dealing with an issue where they shipped merchandise, it was returned to them and they continue to support the premise that they are owed the price of the merchandise. So I pay, but get nothing. They get paid and get the mechandise back. Don't buy from uksoccershop.com.”

“If you want to know why Amazon are winning and most other retailers are failing, this is why... I ordered a football shirt from this company, specifically because there was an option to add a “Champions” patch to the sleeve. If the patch hadn’t been an option, I would not have placed the order. When the shirt arrived, there was no Champions patch. I contacted the company by email and explained I wouldn’t have ordered the shirt if adding the Champions patch hadn’t been an option. I explained that I wanted to return the shirt and I would be happy with either a) a replacement shirt WITH the Champions patch, or b) a full refund. Initially, they demanded I send them photographs of the shirt, to prove there was no Champions patch, which I did. They then apologised and said they were very embarrassed that they hadn’t added the Champions patch and explained it was because they processed the order in a hurry as they were trying to catch the post. They offered to refund just the cost of the patch but I explained that course of action wouldn’t solve my problem. I reiterated that I wanted to return the shirt and I would be happy with either a) a replacement shirt WITH the Champions path, or b) a full refund. They then admitted they couldn’t supply a shirt with the Champions patch because they didn’t have any (i.e. their first explanation regarding the absence of the patch was a lie). At that stage, I told them there remained only one option, which was to return the shirt for a full refund. They ignored that email and proceeded to refund just the cost of the patch I have sent 2 further emails, which have both been ignored. I tried to reach the company by telephone but they don’t answer the phone and I can’t leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a retailer so blatantly try to rob a customer of their hard-earned money. What’s happened isn’t even up for debate. They sold me an item, which they didn’t provide and they’re now refusing to engage with me, or tell me how to return the shirt. To be clear, it’s just a plain football shirt - one they can re-sell. There’s no name or number printed on it - it’s just a stock shirt - so I can’t for the life of me understand why they’re refusing to engage regarding a return. I have opened a dispute with PayPal, which should hopefully see the situation resolved - but it really should never have come to this. EDITED TO ADD: Only when PayPal got involved, did these guys start communicating with me again. I had to return the item at my own cost (scandalous) but at least I got a full refund, thanks to PayPal. This company is not to be trusted - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! EDITED NOVEMBER 2022 TO ADD: It has now been a year since I dealt with this company and they have just sent me a "request for further information", knowing that if I don't respond, they can have my review removed. Better luck next time, uksoccershop! If only you'd been a bit more concerned at the time about the service you were delivering to customers, you wouldn't need to be scraping around now to try and get your negative reviews deleted!”

“Do not use. Website is misleading. Paid £8.30 for next delivery for a special match. 2 days later item still not arrived. Ruined my evening. Tried phoning, no answer as their mailbox was full. Email response was it’s not next delivery. It’s next day delivery from despatch? So you could be waiting for ever. Worse online company I have ever dealt with. Will never use then again. Complaint raised,”

“The worst company I have ordered from. Ordered my son a Ronaldo shirt for Christmas. After being worn twice and washed once the letters were peeling off the back. When contacted them about it they said they can fix it (re-glue) or I can fix it. Totally unacceptable! Even tried to say it was my fault for hot wading or putting in the drier or under iron. I did none of those things! Such a shame I didn’t find these reviews before I spent $150 on a crappy knock off shirt. Avoid at all costs!”

“I would like to say that I will never, ever order anything from UKSOCCERSHOP!!! Let me begin by saying that I ordered a Messi jersey for my grandson’s birthday. I waited and waited for it to arrive. As the birthday date came closer, I reached out to UKSOCCERSHOP and was told it was shipped. I responded that we hadn’t received it. They told me to contact the shipping company, which I did. I was told by them that the package had been delivered. I again contacted UKSOCCERSHOP telling them that I had not received anything!!! UKSOCCERSHOP had the balls to say that upgraded shipping had been offered but I had chosen Standard Shipping instead. Evidently, they feel it’s my fault !!!! Furthermore, they plain outright said there was nothing they could do- it was out of their hands. Needless to say, I am furious and out of a lot of money, and my grandson didn’t get the jersey he wanted. I have ordered from companies on numerous occasions and have always picked standard shipping and nothing has been lost. So, if you are planning on buying something from UKSoccerShop, I advise against it. If it gets lost, you will not get a refund, which I never wanted. And, definitely, this company couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction!!!! I think most companies would have shipped out a replacement!!! That is all I wanted- a jersey to give to my grandson for his birthday. Again, stay away from this company. If you are an American, buy from a USA based company!!! Below are questions about delivery, refunds, damaged product, etc. I can’t give a rating on a product never received !!!!”

“Like many others wish I had read reviews before placing the order. My 13 year old son gave me money to purchase a jersey from this ‘company’. Answered first email saying would chase up then tried ringing number, doesn’t work. I have reported to trading standards but likely not a lot they can do either. Total frauds!! Probably sitting back laughing at how much money they have scammed from others hard earned wages”

“AVOID! Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. They have utter contempt for customers. I paid over £50 for a shirt for my son's birthday a month ago. Next day delivery. Nothing. No communication. Phone number doesn't work. Email and messages via web site unanswered. A total scam.”

“Please refrain from shopping here! They take your money and simply never deliver. They advertise items as in stock but in reality all are on 'back order' with lead times of weeks or even months. Customer service is non-existent and if you do get a reply it is of no help whatsoever. This is not a good place to shop so buyer beware!!”
