“I purchased a hairpiece on sale, received a confirmation and looked forward to receiving my product. Astonishingly, nearly a week later I received an e-mail approximately doubling the price on the basis that the posted price was a mistake. We are now at a legal impasse, although I really hope that the company will see the light. I am extremely unhappy, but will update this review if anything changes.”

“I purchased a clip in hairpiece …paid $36.36 (including standard shipping) the color didn’t match so they won’t take it back. They said it was on clearance. Obviously a bad policy for this type of product and an online store. Literally put it near my hair to see that it didn’t match and asked to return in and they said no. Now I’m out almost 40 dollars for NOTHING”

“Loved Nancy. She was very helpful at one point. Loved the very first wig I received. After that, it's been downhill all the way. Very disappointed with time it took to get second order and how LONG it took to get anyone to communicate with me about it.”

“While the hair is too long and too thick for my preference; this is the best wig I have purchased when it comes to style and fit! The color is also perfect for me and true to what was shown in the photo! The hair topper is super light density and while too long, I can cut it to match my own haircut! Wow, after having purchased and returned about 20 wigs, I finally found something that does not look fake!”

“Did not receive order. Was told item discontinued . I requested a substitution item on several occasions. NO RESPONSE. REQUESTED REFUND. NO RESPONSE. WILL NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR MULTIPLE EMAILS”

“Loved the wig style but color did not look like photo. Please include the back of wig in your photos. Color was much darker on back of actual wig. Also the back nape did not fit well. It was loose compared to the top and front… just not comfortable.”

“At this point, you would rather not have my review! I am unhappy with your customer service! I have sent two email requests to you asking for instructions to, first, exchange the topper I ordered for a different one, then when I didn't get a response, I had to order what I wanted from another company. Therefore, my last request was for instructions to return order #15112 for a refund. I'm still waiting for a return form and instructions.”

“I have tried contacting this company since the items arrived & get no reply except address doesn't exist. I didn't order this, my son's girlfriend did on my card which she had no business using. Anyhow I have gotten a lawyer to handle everything, she's no longer a girlfriend, she used my card for several items and can't pay any of them. Everyone else let me send the items back, but this place won't reply to anything and has an error of not resisting, so I had to get other options. I just want to return and get a refund. As I have no use for them. If you can't get customer service to help with an issue I wouldn't want to order from them. Thank you”

“I’ve ALWAYS loved my hair piece I get. Color is perfect. BUT…my last order was totally wrong. It’s double the size, very pretty, but I don’t have enough hair to hold it up in back. Trouble getting help”

“Loved the style, loved the color but unfortunately the wig is defective. It was a discontinued style so can’t be returned. I spoke with a representative when it arrived, and she was going to see what she could find out about trying to make it work - I haven’t heard back from her yet but am hoping there is something that can be done. First time ordering from this company.”
