“I coached peewee football and we switched to Under Armour footballs. In particular, the football in the attached pic was used in two seasons of games, and looked brand new. These are the best footballs ever! I have a 10 month old German Shepherd he got ahold of this football and is his favorite toy. I went through no less than 20 balls that he destroyed in less than a day. He’s had this ball for 6 months and has given him hours of fun, he’ll wear me out before he will this ball. Best ball ever!!!”

“Bought UA Lockdown 5’s , went half size up as usual with any of my footwear as I had no feeling for over 12 years of being wheelchair bound so not having wiggle room would send them numb again so these were perfect 👍🏼 fitted a treat , look as the pictures and price was amazing 🤩, great delivery service 2 days . First class”

“I purchased 8 face masks in two sizes. No where on the main page or at check out did UA state they were not returnable. UA's return policy description, which I checked before ordering, stated that returns and exchanges are FREE - no exceptions were noted. Upon trying to return, website stated they were not returnable (except for one type of mask). I just spoke with a customer service rep, Albert Hallado. He reiterated the company's policies, but I stated I would dispute with American Express. He put me on hold and came back stating that UA would refund my money for those I wished to return, but that I could not physically return them ... WOW. I said, "That's not fair to the company. I didn't even open some of them once I knew my size." Albert suggested I donate them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Albert for being a great customer advocate.”

“I just want to write this for an employee who I think was indian and his name was Rex at a under Armour store in Colorado mills mall Denver (Colorado)..I want to say he was pretty new and was excellent,I wanted these rock project shoes and my size is 13 and they didn’t have 13 but had size 12 this guy made my day by selling me size 12 as he said Rock shoes run bigger in size,he asked me to try if size 12 fits me,I tried them on and bingooooo!!!! I wanna say that this guy was awesome..great customer service and very pleasant to talk to..super helpful..I spoke to an employee and told him about this guy since no manager was available..hope this helps this guy in the future..”

“After buying a lightweight zip up several years ago we have been looking for another that was plain in color and finally found one that we loved. It arrived quickly and before the expected arrival date despite everything going on with the storms and covid-19. It exceeded our expectations. It is very well made and lighter than the original we purchased but warmer which is nice. It was the perfect purchase and well worth the wait.”
