“Purchased a black Bamboo bath caddy, it arrived damaged and someone has very clearly tried their best to hide the damage with a black sharpie pen , very disappointed !! , shame really because the overall item is quite nice , I bought this as a gift for my daughter so felt slightly embarrassed when she opened it”
“I ordered a pair of Garden hears and FOUR (yes 4) Hi-Lo Hanging Basket Adjusters. They sent me ONE (yes 1) Hanging basket Adjuster only. I complained to them, sent them confirmation photos of what I had ordered, along with a photo of the Royal Mail bag which states it contains 1 x Garden Shears and 4 x Basket Adjusters, which is laughable, because the Posal Bag measures 6" x 8" ( god knows what size the Garden shears were then) & I still havent received the Shears nor the missing 3 Basket Adjusters. Moral of story: READ THER REVEWS BEFORE BUYING!”
“Bought a back step which arrived badly packaged and smashed up. Raised issue with them via Amazon and after me providing them with photos clearly showing the damaged package and item they closed my complaint down and refused further contact! Will never use again and don’t even want to give 1 star”
“Received 2 folding chairs which are faulty and impossible to sit on. Chairs came without any invoice or return label. The company must have known the chairs were useless when they sold them and refuse to arrange a collection.”
“I placed an order for wire netting to help solve an emergency job. It was during lockdown and after placing the order it told me it would not come the next day but in a few days time. I tried to cancel it right away, I needed it urgently but it still arrived. Not their fault. I contacted the seller and they said they would take it back but at my own cost. Understandable. I paid nearly £10 to return it. They received it back in the original box, not even opened on 06/05/20. I have been chasing them for my refund ever since. I just keep receiving emails confirming my email has been received or from people stating they will look into it. I've been asked to send proof several times which I've sent but I am still waiting for my refund of nearly £70.00 and I have not been given a reason why three months later they cannot refund me my money. So I would say yes if you are sure you will not need to return your item they're good but if you find yourself in a position like I did then expect a real battle to try and get your money back. As I write this I am still waiting. I have tried calling them too but it just rings to voicemail. I don't know what else to do and can only hope this review gets their attention and they help me by resolving it.”
“very bad Company delivered the item damaged. they Keep on telling me to contact the producer of item. The riproducer of the item told me to contact the seller. Item was bought on eBay. Now I'm left with nothing. terrible terrible Company. AVOID!!”
