I had my suspicions about Unibos before placing my order because the phone number on their website 01793 497717 doesn't work ("you have dialled an incorrect number") and Google throws up a mobile number (odd for a business) which went to voicemail (and my message wasn't replied to). I also read some lousy reviews. Despite all that, I ordered what I need (inflatables for a pool) as I would have buyer protection via PayPal and the prices were competitive. The inflatables arrived two days later and were exactly what I ordered. I can't fault that even if others (say they) have had bad experiences, even if Unibos needs to sort out its telephone channel(s).

Firmly recommend anyone considering buying from these people to think again. You won’t find a more ignorant, arrogant, unprofessional company anywhere. They can’t even construct a sentence. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Purchased a black Bamboo bath caddy, it arrived damaged and someone has very clearly tried their best to hide the damage with a black sharpie pen , very disappointed !! , shame really because the overall item is quite nice , I bought this as a gift for my daughter so felt slightly embarrassed when she opened it

I ordered a pair of Garden hears and FOUR (yes 4) Hi-Lo Hanging Basket Adjusters. They sent me ONE (yes 1) Hanging basket Adjuster only. I complained to them, sent them confirmation photos of what I had ordered, along with a photo of the Royal Mail bag which states it contains 1 x Garden Shears and 4 x Basket Adjusters, which is laughable, because the Posal Bag measures 6" x 8" ( god knows what size the Garden shears were then) & I still havent received the Shears nor the missing 3 Basket Adjusters. Moral of story: READ THER REVEWS BEFORE BUYING!

I purchased a bamboo counter edged cutting board which arrived very quickly and looked just the job. However after one night on my kitchen surface it warped and started to fall apart. The tiny nails and glue are not strong enough. My mistake was not taking notice of other reviews saying that theirs had done the same thing. With the cost of returning it plus there was no point in a replacement as it was very likely to do the same thing I repaired it myself with some hidden screws

Bought a back step which arrived badly packaged and smashed up. Raised issue with them via Amazon and after me providing them with photos clearly showing the damaged package and item they closed my complaint down and refused further contact! Will never use again and don’t even want to give 1 star

Ordered a pair of tennis rackets from this company on Amazon, but only after I ordered I was provided with delivery information, that they would arrive in 2 weeks. This isn't an issue in itself, but I needed tennis rackets within one week. I contacted Unibos on the same day I ordered the item, stating I would like to cancel the order. I received this response the next day: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your email. We have received your email one of our team member will reply you soon please wait for our response. Kind Regard" When a company uses poor grammar when speaking to their customers, you know they're unprofessional and to be wary of. I received no response and by this time the item was already dispatched. I could then only request to return the item. I requested a return and received a reply the next day from a supposed 'Charlotte', who said because the order is confirmed, they're "unable to amend or cancel the order once it is confirmed". This isn't true as I have amended my order from different Amazon sellers many times in the past after it was confirmed. Not only that, but next to "Charlotte's" name at the end of the response was a little section: [e-mail address removed]. The company seems to be trying to avoid dealing with the problems they've created at all cost. I have only bought one (and last) item from this seller on Amazon and I have experienced more issues than with my last 15 sellers combined. AVOID this company at all costs.

Avoid this seller at all costs. Ordered an item from Amazon.co.uk and after 13 days the item was still showing on the Hermes webpage as "we are waiting for your parcel" I've seen this behaviour before where the seller does set a specific date for the item to be collected so that they can then blame the courier for the delay. While I was waiting and getting suspicious I search this company reviews and came across these very bad reviews so I was starting to get a very good picture of what this company was like, so I ordered another item from another seller and I emailed Unibros through Amazon requesting to cancel the order as the 2nd estimated delivery date had passed and the tracking information shows that they hadn't sent the item, I told them I do not want the item and to cancel the order (this was in the morning) my parcel was collected by Hermes at 18:00 in the evening the same day, so they obviously got my email and ignored it and just sent the parcel out anyway.

I bought a toaster earlier this year, which caught fire and almost spread to the cupboard. You said it was out of the 30 day period. Not a great way to run a company as well as selling an unsafe product. Wont recommend your product to anyone or buy again from you.

Received 2 folding chairs which are faulty and impossible to sit on. Chairs came without any invoice or return label. The company must have known the chairs were useless when they sold them and refuse to arrange a collection.

Shame I can't leave zero stars. Bought an item off their ebay store and it stopped working after 6 months. They agreed to refund me but I had to pay the return cost. They now have my item and are refusing to refund me and no longer responding to my messages. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Ordered a melon inflatable arrived and i pumped it up it had a puncture but i tried it 3 more times just to check and it still went down. Emailed them they said to use the repair patch!!!!! Why should i its faulty could understand if it wasnt my fault but brand new They said they would refund me ( although happy with an exchange) but i would have to pay postal cost of over £8 and not getting refunded. Am just waiting now as i want a refund of postage not happy at all ! Will wait and sww what happens

Wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order with useless Unibos via Amazon. Ordered a green bike for my grandson and they sent PINK, you didn’t have to open the box as all photographs on outside were pink. What a dreadfull company, I have now been trying to get some sort of resolution but after 10days I have failed. What a disgusting company to try and do trade with. I am very disappointed with Amazon because they do not seem to want to help me with the problem. Why oh why do they have this company on their internet site. I am a Amazon prime member and that has not helped either. DO NOT ORDER from this company because if anything goes wrong they don’t want to know and neither do Amazon.
