“I disagree with the bad reviews ive read here, my experience has been wonderful!
I was really worried about my order not arriving after reading all of these terrible reviews!
, admittedly I hadnt actually read the pre order terms and conditions.
so I messaged Sarah through paypal at first I was pretty angry … but she was kind and really lovely to deal with.
She explained to me that preorder pieces were made by hand and took time because they are Not mass produced.
She was so grateful that I spoke to her directly instead of just writing another bad review that she sent me a shell belt with my order!
I received my dress and my belt today.
Both are stunning and exceptional quality.
I shop alot online , and am always looking for unique styles.
Chasing Unicorns is now on my favourites list! Not only for their stunning designs but for their ethics .

“I am a very loyal customer & spend thousands of dollars every year with these guys. One year i waited for up to 5 months for a festival jacket & missed all of the festivals. This yr i ordered early, late Jan & yep you guessed it, still waiting & we are in April. Each time you contact them they give you the biggest BS answers that make no sense. I run a preloved/consignment store & i couldnt believe how well CU is selling but the feedback is THE PEOPLE ARE FED UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES, OUT OF THIS WORLD PRICES, HAVING A NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY (& its very much hit & miss with your products) it is also highly ILLEGAL to not have a refund policy. I dont think people are aware of this fact but ITS ILLEGAL TO NOT REFUND. You have an amazing product CU but your customer service (or lack off) prices & down right ignorance & lack of respect for loyal customers is definitely going to be your undoing”
“Considering the amount of money I paid for the item I had somewhat high expectations, however the sizing and quality was something I could buy a Shein for $20. The sizing is terrible. They don’t refund and looking at the other comments I probably shouldn’t even try.”
“Help All, currently trying to get a refund for a dress tat was delivered absolutely after due. The combat are now stretching refund out by many more moths and keep sending me word salad responses. Has anyone proceeded legally with this company. Thank you in advance. I am still waiting a response from my what is around 15 to 20 emails to this company regarding my refund. They who’re for weeks, months then who’re all correspondence and keep messing me around.”

I purchased goods which had a dispatch date of end of November. It’s now end of Feb and I still have nothing.
Rude and dismissive communication. Refusing to give refund or cancel order 3 months after having nothing.
Will be reporting them to fair trade.”
