“AVOID AT ALL COST's OR IT WILL COST YOU
Bought a brand new pressure washer from Union Mart and it wouldn't start . We have been fighting with Union Mart to get it replaced or a refund to no avail .. after 6 months it was finally collected after 3 courier companies refused it due to it having "had" petrol in it ( we cleaned out all the fuel before it was due to be collected). It was then returned to us again after a few weeks despite us saying we didn't want the faulty washer back, with Union Mart saying it had been fixed ...the reports they provided us with stated it had " Rusty Pistons" and need the spark plugs replaced .. on a " Brand New" machine ?? . We have been fighting with Union Mart ever since .. it was again returned after the pistons & Spark plug was replaced .. and guess what .. It still won't start ! .. had enough of 9 months of fighting with them... Still no refund or working machine... we're now going to report them to Trading standards and start legal proceedings against Union Mart .. luckily we have enough documentation to prove our claim .. we will also be claiming the cost of hiring pressure washers so that we could complete booked work and lost days work when we we're unable to hire another pressure washer, together with the stress this entire situation has caused us. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY THAT SENDS OUT BROKEN, RUSTY MACHINES "AS NEW" !! . AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Impossible to contact via telephone number as calls are unanswered. Email conversations are stopped when your item found to be out of warranty which is odd as that’s when they would stand to earn money. Tried to gain a link to buy an item but my emails have been unanswered. I have bought 2 power washers now from this company but wonder now why my money is of little interest to them?”

“Bought Wilks-USA RX525 pressure washer off Amazon. Prompt delivery. Used hobby-type power washers for years for outside concrete/paths and patio cleaning, Kew, Karcher etc but this is by far the best value for money: substantial construction especially at weak points, easy to assemble and use one-handed (I have disability), easy to change accessories and more power than other brands I have come across. Spray gun is well balanced and the pressure hose is really long so you don't have to move the unit often, it also coils up neatly on the wind-up drum which is handy for transport and storage. Haven't used the detergent tank or the soft brushes, but the turbo nozzle is a bonus since you don't have to fiddle with adjusting the angle of the fan; mine somewhat sporadic in operation but I guess that's just a teething stiffness in the ceramic bearing should clear in time, the patio cleaner works well for maintenance cleaning although not as vigorous as the nozzles, found the mid-nozzle (green) worked best, easy to change one-handed, good pressure and fan width for bringing concrete back to original appearance in reasonable time. Worked off standard Hoselock connector on the hose (although one is included). Really pleased with this unit, glad I didn't go for a Karcher!”
