OK my problem is is getting stuff that you ordered online on the store where you choose and the people there are too lazy or maybe they don’t know how to operate the computer and check if there’s already in the back they asked me so much question for a simple jacket I got my government issued ID state ID New York And still they saying that they can’t check my jacket if it’s already there but I spoke with the customer service yesterday and they told me just to go there and present mic ID and they will help me get my jacket which I ordered online do you have to change the kind of customer service and helping a customer who already paid for the jacket to find a jacket or take the extra effort and look for the jacket in the back the manager I guess said and he said he doesn’t have any record with it but that doesn’t apply to any store that got they ordered online and you should be able to have a record about stuff that come in your store so I’ll give you guys one star for customer service

UNIQLU doesn’t deserve even a single star. It is absolutely useless and unprofessional. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Was not told you can only return items to the exact store they a bought from!! How ridiculous that same store in another suburb cannot process a return. No other store does this. Will NEVER buy from this store again. Poor customer service also.

Return policy is ridiculous for on line purchases. If returned in store won't even give a store credit. Also a very long process. $10 to return on line. ☹️ They make it very difficult. It's too bad as I like their clothes.

Uniqlo does not deserve any stars! I will NEVER order online with Uniqlo AGAIN. The online refund/exchange policy is ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL! I exchanged one item in store for a different item of a much greater cost. Despite purchasing this in store, Uniqlo has marked my receipt: 'Exchange only, online order'. BE WARNED!

This is the most arrogant and misleading online purchasing experience. The clothes are nice for the price but oh so inconsistent in sizing! So what should one do? Purchase multiple sizes hoping one would fit. And then you are stuck with their horrible return policy. I purchased multiple sizes to try on (no local store). When I attempted to return some of them, I wasn't able to - they disabled the return links on Day 30! According to the return policy, "Merchandise purchased on www.UNIQLO.com must be returned within 30 days of the ship date found on the invoice" I did not receive an invoice, and there is no clear indication on when the "SHIP" date is. I had to assume the ship date was somewhere on the order tracking page (again, in your account you will see "order date" and "delivery date", but no "ship date"). When attempting a return on day 30 from the ship date provided on TRACKING PAGE, I was told I'm outside of return timeframe. Apparently, the customer rep provided *their* ship date that was *NOT STATED IN MY ACCOUNT* and was 1 day before the ship date on the tracking page. So, be aware - you should count 30 days from the "order placement" date rather "shipping" date as they state and then will NOT HONOR. If they wanted to be clear about their return timeframe, they should have said "30 days from the order date". Instead they say "30 days from ship date" which is misleading, as this information is not available on customer's end.

Don't ever buy from uniqlo. They will make all kinds of excuse to reject exchanges. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants for larger size. When I went to the store, the manager said that "there is an iron smell" with the pants and keep saying that I wash and iron before. I ask them how can I wear before when the tag is still attached? In the end making all kinds of excuses to not exchange. Say the pants is a bit dirty, then cannot sell.

Return policy is horrible. 24 hour Live chat is a lie . You may speak to a BOT however any customer service is 9AM-6PM. I was told to call store directly and speak to their manager, but there is no way to call a store directly for assistance. Long story short l am stuck with shirts l would have loved to exchange for a different item.

Two items just delivered to address_21/04/2022; both in extra small sizes? When I would NEVER order that size!. For obvious reasons; !! Not sure how THAT occured!. IN All the items I have ordered from around Fifteen different outlets for several years; this is the only company where I have been sent Dolls' sizes.!.

SHOCKING customer unfriendly returns policy. If you buy in one shop, you HAVE to return to the EXACT same shop not another branch (apparently they've changed this now in the last month). If you buy online - you can NOT return to a shop! If you exchange in a shop, you can then ONLY EVER exchange the item - NEVER get your money back. Si if you want to return an item bough online, you HAVE to PAY for the return postage, even if the size you usually get, is too big or small!!! I just find it SO unbelievably unreasonable and unfair and so unlike most other shops. Its awful that for the privilege of buying something online from them, you have to pay £2.50 to return it if it doesnt fit!!! whereas if they let you return in store, there wouldnt be a postage /courier cost to pay at all. I will NEVER shop there again and would encourage everyone to boycott it until they change these ridiculous policies .

Quality of garments is excellent but customer service is rubbish. The woman I spoke to on the phone treated me with contempt, did not listen and interrupted. Returns - fiendishly difficult and complicated. I certainly will not be using their online ordering again.

NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! Worst return policy ever... during COVID!!! Returned a gift I got for a friend's daughter. Missed 30 return by a week... it is COVID.. I am high risk... I don't go to malls!!! Wouldn't take return even though I had receipt. Most other retailers have a 60-90 day return policy or longer during COVID!! Spoke to customer service online. They said they escalated it to a supervisor who said she would speak to store to have them accept the return and store would email me within 48 hours. NEVER HAPPENED. Waited about a week or so, still nothing so I called again. Same response. This time I got stock response email from store with the same bs the store gave me. Called a third time and once again said they would resolve and I would hear from store. I got an email from store saying they would accept the return if it was within 2 months!!! ARE YOU F@#KING KIDDING ME?!?! It has now been over 2 month and I had even emailed them the copy of the receipt! I called a 4th time, they escalated and then the supervisors had technical problems and couldn't talk to me. I got a lame email saying he/she had technical problems and they couldn't help me. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WILL ENCOURAGE ALL OF YOU AND MY FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME!!!

Horrible return policy…I will NEVER buy from them again. I purchased a few items online…when I brought them back to my nearest Uniqlo to return (obviously unworn with tags attached) they said I couldn’t return them because they were purchased online and not at that exact store. Wtf!?! I mow have to pay $7 shipping and ship them back myself.

Uniqlo refuses to pay its workers! Everyone who does work deserves their salary! Yet, they defend staying in Russia cause everyone needs their cheap clothes. Tights after 5 wears! Easy decision to never buy from this company again.

VERY BAD SHOP AND CUSTOMER SERIVCE i bought to items want to return 1 but they dont accept any store near you , have to go back to oxford , but you are sick they still dont accept , and no accept the post , what the hell it is , please pay attention , no staffs help . why they put many stories in uk we all made mistake to be convenience but its hell , put clients is trap

Common technology allows businesses to process returns with only the receipt to original form of payment. However, UNIQLO requires the presence of the physical credit card, which in my case, differs from my spouse and obviously not something I carry with me. This is simply a tactic by UNIQLO to reduce returns to its business. What a turn off and not customer friendly. Also, the UNIQLO website does not allow feedback about the specific store in our area due to the store's location being a requirement to process and our state not being listed.
