“Two items just delivered to address_21/04/2022; both in extra small sizes? When I would NEVER order that size!. For obvious reasons; !! Not sure how THAT occured!. IN All the items I have ordered from around Fifteen different outlets for several years; this is the only company where I have been sent Dolls' sizes.!.”

“Uniqlo refuses to pay its workers! Everyone who does work deserves their salary! Yet, they defend staying in Russia cause everyone needs their cheap clothes. Tights after 5 wears! Easy decision to never buy from this company again.”

“VERY BAD SHOP AND CUSTOMER SERIVCE i bought to items want to return 1 but they dont accept any store near you , have to go back to oxford , but you are sick they still dont accept , and no accept the post , what the hell it is , please pay attention , no staffs help . why they put many stories in uk we all made mistake to be convenience but its hell , put clients is trap”

“After numerous chats, swapped emails, providing requested photos of the defective jacket & the receipt, NOW you respond we will have to return to the Stuttgart, Germany store (from our home in the USA) to seek resolution. If you refuse to stand by your products, you can be certain that bad reviews on your customer service to follow.”

“I ordered a jacket from this website 2 days ago. I paid $32 for the jacket. I recurved an email today stating that the same jacket that I ordered is now on sale for $19. I attempted to get the price matched, only to learn that the company does NOT price match their own prices if you order online. That doesn't make any sense to me. I also looked into returning the item for a refund, but they don't give full refund, they charge $12 to send items back. They have no stores open to accepting refunds and have no customer service open to speak with. I will not make the mistake of ordering from this company again.”
