I paid for a subscription for my father on 11th April for the New Scientist but he still has not received his first issue - this is a weekly. Please resolve

Hi, thank you for contacting us. I can confirm that as this is a publisher order the subscription cannot be made active right away. I've phoned New Scientist today and they have stated that the subscription will begin with the issue 28.05.2022. I hope this helps! Kind regards, Jessica.

Hi Nancy, I can see here that you have ordered the Harry Styles King of Pop magazine. I can confirm that these were sent out on the 10th of May. Due to this going to the Netherlands it could take up to 30 days to arrive. - Alex!

I received an message telling me to renew my subscription which I did immediately. Subsequently I received a second message telling me the first was a mistake. I replied asking the renewed subscription to be scrapped. I then received confirmation that the second subscription had gone through. I objected. However, there is still no apology or cancellation of the duplicate subscription

Subscription paid, via direct debit, on 21 March and not received anything yet. I realise it's a monthly publication but it's now 1 May.

Hi Wendy, thank you for your review. I can confirm that this was a one-off payment made, not a direct debit. Sudoku Grand Masters has had some problems last month, we emailed you about the problems in April. All has gone back to normal now as issue 205 was dispatched on Friday. I hope this helps! - Jessica.

Extremely unimpressed - bought a subscription of Sudoku Grand Masters for my wife. First two issues came OK, but the April issue (out 7th. April) still hasn't arrived. However, what has arrived is a breathtakingly impertinent email request for a positive review on Google Reviews. When I telephoned to query this, I was advised that there had been a problem between the publishers and the printers and that the April issue would be skipped, with the next issue being on or about 5th. May. I am appalled that the company has the effrontery and audacity to seek to obtain positive reviews whilst failing to notify subscribers of the problems experienced. Usual bleating about it not being their fault and that they had only had confirmation of the position a few hours ago (really?) and that because many of the subscribers to the magazine don't have email addresses, they don't send emails (but they obviously have sent ones asking for positive reviews haven't they?) they will be writing to subscribers to advise them of the problem - very poor customer service in my view, exacerbated by the peremptory request for a positive review after 2 issues delivered but 1 missed - I'm hardly going to give a positive review for a 33% failure rate am I - hence the one star which really should be none.

Despite being informed my magazine was en route I have yet to receive it. Having queried this I am informed there are now none available. No mention of refund or future edition. When I queried the possibility of an online version I was informed this was not a possibility! Satisfaction nil.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer digital issues as we are not the publisher of the title. Hi Graham, I am sorry that you have not received anything as of yet but this is due to this magazine being a Quarterly magazine. This means it only gets released 4 times a year. The last time we had stock in was on the 2nd of February and all that stock got sent out straight away so by the time you made your order there was no stock left. I believe the next issue should be coming out in June but I am not entirely sure for the exact date. Hope this is okay. - Alex

I ordered a subscription of the Art of Watercolour on February 28th. The latest issue came out in March. Today is April 1st and I have not received an issue. Without the magazine in hand, this is the only rating I can give. Your prompt attention to resave this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, thank you for your review. The current issue had already sold out when you had placed your order. We are expecting the new issue to arrive in around a month. When it does it will be dispatched to you and you will get an email letting you know it has been sent. You will then receive a further 3 magazines roughly around 3-4 months apart. The magazine comes out 4 times per year. I hope you love it when you do get it - it is such a lovely magazine. Kind Regards Sarah
