I was charged twice for the magazine as the operated said that my card had not gone through. Checking with my bank it had. How come then after contacting again it took days for the refund to come through but only seconds for you to receive it?

Hi Beverley, thank you for your review. I can confirm that we had to allocate this duplicate payment and then authorise this with our manager. Started my subscription in January for a weekly TV magazine. Emails state the magazine is despatched on a Tuesday, but, for the second time in a month, it still has not arrived by Friday. I want it for the weekend viewing - otherwise it's not worth having. One week it didn't arrive at all (subscription has been extended). I accept it could be Royal Mail at fault. Would first class post solve this problem? Very disappointed to date.

I have given a poor as the recipient of my gift (Rolling Stone Magazine) has still not seen a copy and it is the 20th of January tomorrow. When do you think he might get his first copy? Thanks

I live in Denmark and have bought a subscription a month ago, and have not received anything yet. I know you have corona-troubles, but the funny things is, I have bought several other things from the UK in the meantime that arrived without delay, so I have no understanding of why you can't get things here faster. If only you would send me updates on the status of my magazine and shipment that would feel much better, but I have no idea if it will arrive tomorrow or if you are sending it at all :(

Unfortunately my experience has not been a good one. I ordered three months supply of Artists Magazine, a US publication. Month 1: I received a copy of Artists Magazine Month 2: I received a copy of The Artist [a UK publication} I phoned Unique and explained I had received the wrong title, and that I did not like The Artist magazine. Month 3: - Guess what ! Unique have again sent me the wrong magazine. Life is difficult at the moment for everyone. But I paid for something that I am not getting. My husband and myself are vulnerable to coronavirus and rely on home delivery of everything we need. I can’t face phoning Unique again and having to explain it all over again.

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. Issue 69 was dispatched on the 7th of December 2020 and issue 70, on the 9th. Hi, I am sorry to hear this. These international delivery delays have now resumed as normal, as this was mainly due to the border's closing. It seems you selected to start this subscription after Christmas and so the first issue will be sent on the 15th of January 2021. I do hope this is okay. Thanks, Ellie Purvis😊

I just ordered the Doctor Who magazine for my son who loves the show. Unfortunately, the recent U.K. lockdown means he’s got getting the magazine. I think you should give me a refund.

As I have not recieved the first of my magazines even though it is over month since I signed up I cannot comment fully. I was happy with the price of the subscrition but I cannot comment any further except to say I am very disappoined.

Difficult to comment as I have not received a magazine yet. Ordered on 21st November and it is now 21st December. Apart from the order confirmation, nothing to say when I will get my first magazine. I was hoping for the Christmas issue, but I think it’s a bit late for that one now. Updates on order status would be really helpful. Many thanks.

When ordering Daphne's Diary within the UK, the subscription will always begin with the next issue and this is stated in the top description, on the following link https://www.uniquemagazines.co.uk/Daphnes-Diary-Magazine-Subscription-p355211 This means your first issue will be dispatched on the 12th of January 2021 and will be number 1. As I haven’t yet received a copy of Australia (I took out a 3 month sub) it’s a little tricky to rate the organisation - except I am disappointed nothing has arrived!

Issue I ordered was cancelled due to low stock and I wasn’t contacted about it, realised when I saw PayPal refund and contacted Unique. Second issue they were sending instead ran out of stock then. Why take orders you cannot fulfill?im awaiting the third issue that was apparently sent.

Hi, I apologise we were not able to provide you with this. We have recently had a new system update, which as expected, has caused some slight error's on the way. We refunded this back on the 25th of November 2020, as soon as we realised the stock could not be fulfilled and I can only apologise that you were not contacted. i have ordered a magazine over a month ago and it hasn’t arrived yet, even though on the delivery times it said it would only take a week. i contacted unique magazine and then they said it would come a couple of days ago, it hasn’t.

Hi, the official on sale date for this was the 18th for December 2020, as stated on our website. This was dispatched first class on the 19th of December 2020 and it should take no longer than 6 working days. This mean's it should be with you no later than Saturday.
