To explain to those reading this review. The buyer purchased an account on LAN server accidentally and verified the email, so we could not refund or replace this account because it could not be resold safely again. We would appreciate it if you changed this review. After all, it's not our fault you made a mistake. We strive to provide the best service possible but we will not take a 300$ loss because YOU made a mistake.

“Be careful from this, its all smooth and fine in the beggining, but after a while, they scam you, your account that you bought will be back in the hands of the one who owned it before. Even if you change the email and password, somehow these people manage to take it after a while. When you try to contact their support, they will not answer you. BE AWARE!”

Hello! We make tens of thousands of sales per year. We always value our customers and provide support whenever possible. Sadly if you are not able to provide us proof that something actually happened with your account we are not able to give you a replacement. Why? Because if we did then anyone who ever bought an account from us could just lie that their account "disappeared". If your account got hacked we can try and help you recover it. “I purchased a pbe account and the account details did not get sent. I had to contact the support line and ended up waiting 2-3 hours in total after purchase. The support line then blamed my hotmail account to be the problem saying that this occurs if my hotmail is full. I can assure you that my email account is not full. My hobby is to literally delete spams and read emails every single day. So next time dont go blaming that this issue is the customers fault and fix your automatic sending system. I have purchased from many other sites and the automatic send system works perfectly fine with my hotmail. Also allow for multiple button presses with your survey of how did you communicate with the company as I used live chat and email.”
