“Well we are still having issues with this company it's been a minute since I've tried to contact them for anything please don't use this company.wasteof money there are not a professional regardless of what they show and tell you.we rent here.and they never call you back to fix there homes.please stay away.bad company.rain water is filling up this old sumpump in our house smelling like sewage and the light in our living room we called them three weeks ago no response.sad company .but it's your choice don't make a bad one like we did.”

“I'm Gary please don't use them too much time wasted its been not a year at our place and they can't fix our leak in the basement. but they can tell you we will fix it. too many contractors we had 5 but they won't give our money back it's been doing this from day one.”

“Since the beginning I had a lot of hiccups with this company , and started to think it was a scam.It wasn’t till the end that Ricky helped to speed up my moving process and was good about answering any questions I had along the way. David from Indy was also kind and helped with small repairs on our first week of living in the house. So far I have had a good experience with up & up.”

“David from the Indianapolis market is awesome! I was a little nervous renting from up&up since I had never heard of them, but David walked me through my home and tested everything with me to ensure it worked. He even came to do some small repairs the very next morning so they would be done before I moved in. He also is great with communication. We have only been in the house for a week but so far everything is going great!”

“Horrible experience with Up&Up since day one. They do not care about the homes that they own, the house was a mess when we moved in so we had to call our own professional cleaners, they do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. They just want a rent check. DO NOT rent from them.”

“Up and Up was the best. It was almost to good to be true. We went through Rently, and once we viewed the home, I applied and the best part about it. it was free. No application fee. I was contacted right away and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They kept us informed the whole time. We were moved in on the 1st of April. The program they have in place is really good, and you have an option to buy the home if you love it. Abby was really awesome. (I also did my homework on this company, that's how much I thought this was a fraud...But I am here to let you know they are very real and a very good Company). You are in good hands!!”

“Their level of professionalism and communication was well beyond our previous experience when renting. Abby was extremely helpful in meeting us to walk us through the property and run through how their policy works. Kudos to the entire up&up team ~ from the initial phone call, to the leasing paperwork, to getting the keys. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick and painless experience in this crazy market.”

“After initial connection, not only were internet links fouled and/or not working, the sales staff was on the point of harassing during a weekend. Not once, twice or three times, but 4 times during the weekend i kept getting hounded to finish the application. After connecting to the website, there was a discrepancy in the stipulations, website said one thing, person or text would contradict and state something else. TOO many inconsistencies for me to work with this company”
