First, I have always thought highly of UPS. I had a positive experience working for them while in college many years ago, and I have friends that work or worked for them. BUT, my recent experience with their Mail Innovations program has been horrendous. I ordered merchandise from Sweetwater Music, and they sent it by this means of delivery. I gather it is a lower priced service where the package is handed off to USPS for final delivery. [This also enables blame shifting between the parties; i.e. sort of a shell game that you are guaranteed to lose.] The package was promptly shipped and then got stuck somewhere "pending acceptance." UPS then changed the expected delivery date daily, so far, 8 times. I still don't have the package. When I attempted to find out if it was going to be pending in the black hole forever, UPS said that type of delivery did not qualify to make a claim. To their credit Sweetwater shipped the order again, without charge, by FedEx. Maybe some day I will get the package from UPS.

I would not even give UPS a single star. I paid a ridiculousl amount of money to have a package delivered in by Saturday. The person assured me it would be there by 7pm. It is now Monday evening. The tracking number now shows it scheduled by 7pm tomorrow although it doesn't say where the package is. The company does not guarantee on time delivery. This is theft. They took my money, sent my package in the wrong direction, and simply want to say, " I'm sorry.".

No explanation of customs duties, and when you try to talk to someone about it they just forward your call to someone who hangs up on you. Or they forward you a couple more times and then hang up on you. Ridiculous and useless

In muncie indiana ups will your package on Friday but will not deliver until Monday after 9am. Here they don't deliver on the weekends. Causing financial losses on multiple occasions

On Wednesday March 20, 2024, I went to UPS to have them ship a box with artwork for an exhibit in Los Angeles. I was told for approximately $25.00 it would arrive on following Tuesday. Since the artwork was for an exhibit, it needed to arrive earlier. Therefore, I paid $90.11 for UPS 2 Day Air delivery so the box would arrive on Friday 3/22.24. The artwork wasn’t delivered until Tuesday 3/26/24. When I returned to the UPS to ask for a refund of the difference, I was told that they couldn’t issue one and that I had to contact their Customer Service Department at 1-800-877-1760. I called them and they told me to go back to the UPS store because they couldn’t help me. I told the representative that she was giving me the run around and then she gave me to another telephone number 1-800-742-5877 to call. The next person told me that I could not receive a refund because I didn’t specify two day early morning delivery. No one told me that I needed to do so and when you pay for two day air delivery, that should mean two days no matter what. I was directed to the customer relations corporate office and at 1-800-789-4623 and they insisted that I was not entitled to a refund. UPS service policies suck!

Delivery Tracking Number - small parcel: 1Z61R8X76895761776 The package was out for delivery but not delivered for two days because the driver was too lazy to come to north Oxford. Things can happen, sure, but two days on the trot with the reason being that they needed security information to access the house is a blatant lie. I tried to contact UPS but that was a waste of 45 minutes of my time. On day 3 the delivery man left the parcel, sprinted down the garden and said the problem was access due to construction vehicles. Rubbish. The company cannot be trusted. The reviews confirm they should close their European operations and stick to North America.

Very disappointed in the level of delivery service. Driver delivers packages without ringing bell or knock on door yet there were 3 vehicles in the driveway with everyone home. They are partially to blame when packages go missing!

You guys were very helpful towards me, Especially with your representives, especially helping me today solve the issue with the emails, about those fake packages, which were scams. that werent real. and were an international package. but it wasnt from any of you guys. just a scam email. and i didnt give them anymore information. because i gave my address. but. i deleted the conversation. because. i assumed it wasnt real. at all. especially with the email. that wasnt your company and i really appreciate your help and your assistance you did the best job and you do excellent as terms of answering the phone, asking me. my name and everything else. that i need help with and you do a great job, answering questions especially as a customer representive and i really appreciated it. and i have not really done delivery or really anything but if i would. i would definitely recommend, if i ordered something

Shocking delivery service Ups is shockingly bad I cant believe Salomon would use such a service Highly intelligent company using such a sub par tracking and delivery service Driver couldn't find a house thats been there over 12 years Shocking Best wishes

I was looking for a quick parcel shipping company when I came across parcel hero and I saw UPS company which the date posted on the descriptions meet my need, the parcel was said to be delivered on 8th according to the price.. so I never mind the price I paid almost £100 for 7.8kg weddings dress suit and items... this useless UPS never tell me am going to pay for customs fee in Nigeria if so I won't have use the service never. So when the parcel get to Nigeria I was told to pay #200,000 to release my parcel and the content in the package worth £300 in total. Also when the parcel get to Nigeria they deducted £20 extra for sizing package. I refused to pay the #200 because my point is I wasn't told before... also this is not my first time sending things to Nigeria with other companies and I never have this issue with then I only send from UK and they deliver straight to my Nigeria address. So this good for notting UPS Company then refused to deliver my good and now they said I need to pay another charges to request for my parcel to be return back to me if not they will keep my property with them... this people are thief, scammer, useless, fraud. Nobody deserves to be treated this way... am really upset as am typing this because they are not returning my parcel unless I pay for return.

I sent an important documents and it was lost , Im very upset because those documents contains very sensitive materials and can affect my financial I paid for shipping and the notary, you guys do such a crappy job and now my package is nowhere to find.

I buy a meta quest, it's 500$ so it shouldn't need that long to be there, right? It's Tuesday and they say it'll arrive Friday. At Wednesday they say it arrives at Thursday. Thursday it arrives, at least that's what the app says. Friday they say they missed my stop. Now they'll "try" to deliver it on monday.

I have leave packages on porch and they still don't leave it. They said they delivered package yesterday that I ordered last month and there was no package. Customer service is rude when you call. Drivers don't follow instructions. If I had a choice I would never use them.
