I thought it would be only fair to raise my voice on here. The UPS has no right to treat customers like gullible. It’s extremely important for the Trading Standard to look into the UPS very carefully and investigate every single claim/ complaint against this incompetent company. As you check the reviews about the UPS, it’s not some kind of fun or game, but they are all humans who have been let down really badly by the lies, deceit and dishonesty. I have never used this website to review any company like the UPS. The regulator can look into the UPS urgently. Their system was telling me the parcel which is only a replacement AirPods will arrive on Friday by 12pm, but waited all day. The customer service did not tell the truth as she told me wait in the next few hours, it will arrive. But waited all day then in the evening I have lodged a formal complaint against the UPS, in 26 days it will go to escalation process then I hope the regulator will check this delivery company. They have no regards for anyone who being let down by their extremely poor service.

UPS are the worst courier I have witnessed in my life. They have lost my monitor twice sent by dell. Looks like someone is keeping the stack for themselves. Absolute joke and shambles of a company. I have repeatedly asked Dell not to use this company period. Hope they listen to me this time.

Worst delivery company ever. Can speak to anyone. I have tried phone (keep getting hung up on) email, Facebook, Facebook messenger. All no help or reply. 2 parcels stuck in the black hole of Stanford le hope or abandon all hope as I think of it. I will never ever use them again. I just want my parcels and it would be nice for someone to tell me when I will receive them

What an absolute shambles of a company. A wrist watch I have owned for 2 years was sent to the German manufacturer in Germany last November as it needed a repair under the warranty. The repaired watch was despatched by UPS from Frankfurt on 27/1. On 29/1 it arrived at Castle Donnington in the UK and was marked as out for delivery between 08:00 and 12:45. Then . . . . Nothing. Until 11/2 when the status was updated as 'clearing customs'. I have today (15/2) received an email asking me for various technical details of my 'import' and for every day they hold my watch, they will charge me £13. Nobody answers the phone - in fact the last time I tried I was on hold for nearly 90 minutes before being cut off. My watch . . .MY WATCH, is valued at £1200 and they are not only refusing to deliver it back to me - they are actually demanding I pay THEM for keeping it. I cannot even begin to describe how angry I am. I am (yet again) on hold and have wasted half a day of work in trying to get them to send me my OWN watch back to me.

I would like to share a terrible experience that I am having with the customer service and tracking updates with @UPS_UK to deliver my parcel to Italy. The customer service is terrible and they do not reply to my emails. I am so frustrated as a customer. They’re tracking updates is almost untrustworthy as they do not provide accurate information or what is the actual issue, due to brexit disruptions there’s an on going delay. However, my parcel has been sent since the 22nd of January and they still haven’t delivered to Italy. They claim it to be due to no invoice or customs charge service wouldn’t send my parcel. But I have evidence and photos of invoice provided to the courier and attached to the package. The worse part is the way they treat the customers, I have cried over the phone to them and created this account just to share my immense frustration. I will be taking legal action and reporting them to the FOS as this has caused me financial loss and stress. I am also pregnant and there was no empathy or customer service provided from ups to me.

If I could give them I minus zero rating I would! They are absolutely shocking!! Been waiting for my goods for over a month. These are goods that are essential for me to be able to run my business and because of this incapable company I have lost out on money! Money that I needed to survive during Covid times! They send daily emails telling me that my parcel will be arriving, I wait for it and it never arrives, call customer services and they promise me they will call me back and that doesn’t happen! Now they’ve decided to ‘lose’ the parcel within their depot where it has been sat for over a week! I have begged them to let me come and collect it even but they won’t allow that either! I have never had such a negative experience like this before with any other company in my life! They pretend their depots don’t have phones and so they can’t call them but can’t only send an internship email! What a load of rubbish! I have had enough! I WANT MY PARCEL!

There must be a worse delivery company somewhere I thought, I was wrong, this so called company should be banned by any firm that is concerned about customer service. As many have stated, and many more will, your parcel has as much chance of being delivered on time as winning the lottery

Avoid sending parcels to Europe. I spent ages finding the correct item numbers for customs on the government website (EVERY item in the parcel has to be listed). I paid for next day delivery and parcel has been held in customs pending clearance!? It's a couple of boxes of chocolates and biscuits for a gift! It's been there for the past TEN days and hasn't moved. Will be quicker, cheaper and more reliable to jump on a Ryanair flight and deliver it myself after covid! No customer service whatsoever. Virtual assistant just gives me the info I already have. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

On the 22nd Of January, my package was sent by the seller, shipped by UPS who picked up the item. Within a day they had damaged my item and Halted its shipment in Stanford Le Hope, United Kingdom. After trying to get in touch with them on several occasions they could give me no information as to what happened to my package nor how it was damaged. After getting in contact with the seller they agreed to send me a replacement item as UPS had damaged the first one. My replacement item was shipped out on the 28th January via UPS again. Within a day on the 29th, it was scanned in Transit to Feltham, United Kingdom and I received an email stating my package would be delivered on the 1st February between 12:45 and 16:45. This time came and passed. By the 3rd February, the package had still not arrived so I got in touch with UPS via their customer service landline. I was on hold for 40 minutes before speaking to someone, who told me that my item was at the West London Delivery Depot waiting to be shipped, they then arranged a call back from West London who called me within 15 minutes to tell me that they did not have my item and that It was still at the London Hub and was told to call customer services back. I then called Customer services back, again on hold for 40 minutes, where I was then put through to an agent who said she was going to email the London Hub to get an update on my parcel and request expedited shipping considering they had already damaged my first shipment. I was told by the agent I would receive a call by 5 pm that day (3rd February) or by 8 am the following morning (4th February) from the London Hub to update me.

This never happened. I waited the entire day (4th February) and received no follow up. At 5 pm I decided to call Customer Services to ask them what was going on after I was on hold for 20 minutes I was put through to an agent. They told me It was not possible for an agent to have emailed the London Hub and that they neither have the record of that email nor the capacity to email a hub from Customer services and that the agent I spoke to previously LIED to me. Rightly enraged, the agent suggested I escalate to a supervisor who I was put through to after 1 Hour on hold, relaying that it was not possible for the agent to have contacted the Hub and I was given FALSE INFORMATION. This Supervising agent stated they would get in touch with the hub directly and call me back. Then attempted to call London Hub (4th February) 18:30 and proceeded to try to do so until 19:00, where the line was constantly engaged. I was called back by the agent at 19:07, where I was informed he was unsuccessful in getting in touch with the London Hub and that he would try again tomorrow morning when his shift starts. 5th February morning around 11:37 I was contacted by the supervising agent who informed me that he had been in touch with the London Hub and that they were manually looking for my package and that he would receive and update from them regarding the status later in the day, once done would follow up with a phone call to me. At 14:30 I was called back by the supervising agent to let me know that they could not locate the Package and that it was LOST. Then proceed to tell me that I have to start a claim online to launch a Tracer/Investigation with would take 8 WORKING DAYS and that it was unlikely that they could find my item as the personnel on the ground already could not locate it. I AM AT THIS MOMENT EXTREMELY INFURIATED. NOT ONLY DID YOU DAMAGE MY FIRST PARCEL AND RELAY NO INFORMATION TO ME, YOU THEN LOSE MY REPLACEMENT PARCEL? MAKING ME SPEND AN ESTIMATED 3-4 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER “SERVICE” DEPARTMENT, TELLING ME I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR COMPENSATION BECAUSE THAT SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED?!?! YOU NOW EXPECT ME TO GO BACK TO THE SELLER TO GET THEM TO RESHIP GOODS THAT WERE TWICE DAMAGED/LOST BY YOUR COMPANY (£400+), LEAVING THEM FURTHER OUT OF POCKET ME WITHOUT MY PRODUCT GOING ON 1-2 WEEKS +. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE UPS SERVICE AND THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THIS COMPANY, PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION + WITHHOLDING INFORMATION I HAVE A RIGHT TOO AND THEFT. I HONESTLY BELIEVE MY ITEMS WERE STOLEN AND NOT DAMAGED/LOST. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP WITH COMPANY USE DPD!!

Terrible company. Your parcel will get stuck in a warehouse for several weeks. Customer service won’t help. The tracking will be inaccurate and then manipulated.

Really poor service. They've let down me and Bose (the company I ordered headphones from). I live in a building of flats two floors up. Despite having access to the building, they chose not to knock on my door to obtain a signature and instead left a note to say I wasn't in. Every other delivery company has managed delivering things to me just fine except UPS. I won't use this company in the future.

I sent 3 parcels to Germany on 14/01/2021. The status now: Tamworth, United Kingdom 27/01/2021 - 01:27- Arrived at Facility I'm expecting a parcel from Ireland sent by UPS - posted 21/01, received the invoice for payment in 22/01 (after 1 day- the driver had my parcel, but gave me the invoice only). I paid customs taxes by phone on Monday. (after waiting 30 minutes). They said I will get the parcel on Tuesday. Wednesday I checked the tracking, my parcel was in FRANCE!!! Guys the driver was with that parcel to my house.. and now my parcel was in FRANCE in some city. Called them, waited 25 minutes, the first guy pass me to another guy 30minutes more. They said will get the parcel Thursday. Today Thursday I received the message the parcel will be here tomorrow Friday.. Do you believe that?? Guys avoid UPS, sending by Royal Mail became the best way, ( I didn't believe that before) After I will sort the other 3 parcels sent to Germany, I will not be using anymore UPS.

I ordered something and was given a choice of UPS or DHL. Previously had probs with DHL, so chose UPS. Parcel weight total 700 grams. Charge £25. English address to English address both mainland. Monday = parcel despatched. Due with me on Tuesday. NOTHING! Tuesday = Contacted my sender, made excuses about covid and delays. After me losing my temper, he begrudgingly contacted UPS. Apparently parcel was sent to wrong depot. Don't worry they will get it to you tomorrow, Wednesday. Get email from UPS = parcel will be with you by 12 noon. Wednesday = No Parcel. Contact sender again. They don't care, but they will refund postage costs. ??????? Receive email from UPS = Parcel will be with you Thursday by 12 noon Thursday 12 noon = NOTHING. Thursday 15.30 = Email from UPS, your parcel has been delivered. Really? I have been in all day and no one has come to my door? Go downstairs to COMMUNAL flat door and find parcel. Did they deliver to my front door? NO Did they ring my bell? NO Did they ring me? NO The parcel contained a £300 piece of electronic equipment. Thank you UPS - I will never, ever, ever use you again. I will never buy anything from anyone who uses them. I will do my utmost to tell everyone NEVER to use them. This review was written on Thursday 28 January 2021, the day my parcel eventually arrived. DO NOT USE THESE U nprofessional P athetic S lackers

UPS - never again. It's 25th January I am still waiting for an international parcel delivery (UPS Express) that has been stored at Castle Donnington since the 19th January. Not mentioning that the parcel should be delivered long time ago, it took UPS a day to locate it in the warehouse after my 3 phone calls (wow, they have not lost it yet). They claim that they have disruptions due to Brexit so they are completely not prepared for something which is known to come for years. There is no information for customers on any pages, mobile app about disruption and longer delivery (you pay extra money for 1 day international delivery!). It takes ages to reach the call center. If you reach, you are informed that your parcel is stored but there is no reliable system that estimates the backlog and new dates - very surprising and disappointing for a large international carrier. Parcel tracking is very poor. A perfect example for a business case how to frustrate customers and loss the image.

Wish I could give no stars, as a small business owner they have lost 20 out of 160 parcels. They ignore my emails, close open cases without giving a reason even thought some parcels have been missing for 2 months. The dip into your bank account for payments anything up to 7 days later so you canniot keep a track of payments. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, I WISH I HADN'T AND IF YOU DO YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!!

Appalling service Appalling service, or rather lack thereof Item posted via a UK company to Cork, Ireland in time guaranteed Christmas delivery. No sign of item, no update on tracking reference. Inconsistent stories from staff when you eventually get through to someone. Promises of call-back within the hour that that are never honoured. When I called again to ask why I have waited for two responses, not received, I am told that the department is, already closed so the call would never have been forthcoming. I was told they do not have a section that deals with complaints and there are no senior staff in charge. I shall be boycotting companies that deal with UPS in favour of those that use professional Couriers. This blatant disregard for clients and their customers is either a very arrogant move or a fast way to give the competition more business.
