“I ordered a phone from eBay, returned it because it wasn’t the phone I ordered. So being old and blonde I ordered the same phone from a different vender and got another phone I didn’t order. I decided to try uptrade and got the phone I wanted. I have a high grade sarcoma and I go into the hospital next week for surgery to try and save my life. Because of COVID I need a phone I can depend on to stay in touch with family to give me the strength to get thru this. If it wasn’t for uptrade I would not have a dependable phone. This company is awesome and does what they say they will do!! I am forever a grateful and a customer for life!!!”

“I ordered an IPhone 8. Yes an older phone. The phone was as described with a few small scratches that can’t be seen with the phone cover. Most importantly everything works great, going on 2 months.”

“At first, I was hesitant about UpTrade due to hearing bad things from similar companies but I heavily researched what UpTrade does and it’s great. They have great prices and reliable devices. They even show you every angle of the phone and when you purchase a phone they show how they even package it. This site is legit, I’m definitely going to use this service again in the future.
