“I ordered a Nike jacket over a month ago and still haven't received it. eMail confirmation of the order states 9-15 days standard delivery. Shipping confirmation states 10-25 business days for standard delivery (9-15 days priority shipping). I've email customer service to get an update on my order, I also pointed out how disappointed I was with their service. Straight away I got an automated reply from the CEO William Gravestone about delayed shipping of October orders and I can get 50% of my next order.....what a joke I'm not ordering anything until I receive my current order, in fact I'm starting believe it's a big online scam! On Line Urban Apparel, you have taken my money so please deliver the goods!”

“SCAM!!!!!!!....I placed an order for an Nike windbreaker back in November for a Christmas present for my son. I initially had a couple of email confirming that the order had been confirmed and there was a delay in dispatching orders but i should receive it in 10-15 days that was on the 1st December and i have emailed loads since and not had a reply and now my emails are coming back as undelivered as the domain doesn't exist!! Gutted i can't afford to loose the money. I paid on my credit card so hopefully they may refund me that is my next call. Please anyone DO NOT order from these people”

“Scammed, same as everyone else. Ring your bank and you can get a refund of the money. You'll need to send proof of purchase. Also report urban online apparel on your email as phishing/scam and on IG/Facebook so hopefully get them caught out.”

“Order a Nikewind breaker jacket on the 21st Oct 2018 - to this day it still hasn't shown up even though payment has been taken from my card. All attempts to contact this vendor have been ignored. Please be aware that this site is a scam! Like others on here I wish that I had seen these reviews before I placed the order. I have logged a compliant with Shopify who host their commerce website and am hoping that, at the very least these people will be taken off the Internet. “I wish i had seen all these reviews, same thing as everyone else, ordered one of those half price nike jackets after seeing it on facebook. (FUCKING FACEBOOK) been nearly 2 months and no reply, cant call, auto response from email, clearly a scam. I should have known. I left a negative comment on their facebook and they deleted it and blocked me. REPORT THEIR PAGE!”

“Its a scam! They appear to be selling Nike windbreakers for half price... I placed an order on 24th Oct and still haven’t recieved anything and when looking at other reviews it seems that everyone who has ordered from them has the same issue. Please report their facebook page asap!!”
