During transaction after I ordered my rims I received a email explaining they were back order, without a specific time to be back. I talked to good people and also talked to someone that was very rude and unprofessional.

The company is alright. The past few things I've ordered took a while to receive because they had to custom make it after ordering. I like the iconel valve set I got from them. Very nice quality.

MY INTAKE GOT DELIVERED TOO A UPS STORE INSTEAD OF MY ADDRESS WHICH WAS ON FILE AND NOT THE UPS STORE A LITTLE OF A HASSLE BUT HAD TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO PICK IT UP OTHER THEN PRODUCT IS AMAZING THANK YOU.

Annoying to order anything, then just be emailed in a day saying it’s not in stock or that you need to contact manufacturer. Either have a manufacturers that drop ship instantly and have the inventory accurate on your website or keep your own inventory because it felt like ordering on a whim on the idea of a product that you might or might not have. With no accurate lead time.

Unfortunately, I received a part that didn't fit. I placed the order for my vehicle, 2019 Passat R-line. The part that was delivered was slightly different and I didn't know until I took the old pcv valve off. It unfortunate that I was charged a re-stock fee.

No installation instructions. They forgot parts out of the package. They did send the part but it took 2 and a half weeks just to get the part in.

I gave this a 3 stars because it did not came with any instructions on how to properly install this. I reached out to uro support hoping they could shine some light into this. 5 hrs have gone by and still waiting for some instructions.

UroTuning has good customer sevice but unfortunately after purchasing the most expensive o2 sensor spacer (fabspeed) it only worked for 36 hours and then the check engine light returned. I don’t recommend this product, just save the $200 and drive with the check engine light on. Disappointed!

i bought the perforated leather shift knob. Imo urotuning shouldve made the knob into a perfect fit screw on type for the Audi TT mk1. Instead there's a tiny allen screw that you turn and then bites into the existing shifter which ends up destroying the original threads. It works but with that it's also not dead center and is angled a but. If I had known this I would've bought a different shifter TBH. It works but it's not a perfect fit by any means.

Swag pack was whack and exhaust Mount clips broke 2 days after install…it’s made cheap. Not thrilled to be taking it back to the shop to fix it!
