“I thought the actual compacts would be bette are they’re cheaply made and also the multi glow arrived with a crack I was disappointed about that because I mainly wanted this collection for display but it’s just a hassle to return then wait then purchase item again maybe better packaging would help idk.”

“I ordered three products from Ciate and was very happy with two of them. The two eye shadows I bought are gorgeous and the cream formula is easy to apply and mess free. I wore one out for the first time yesterday and while I wish I had put a primer on first I was happy overall with the experience. The one problem I had with my order was a lip color I purchased. The formula was great, smooth, even coverage and dried nicely but the color was much browner than it appeared on my screen and is unusable on my skin tone.”

“Like the 4 prong applicator, very realistic. Good colors too. Only negative is the product goes on too wet. Smears immediately if not careful. Similar products are dry instantly, which is preferred.”

“Loved the colors but unfortunately the eyeshadow was 3/4 full. I love what I love and won't stop until I have it. Price is not a problem but I do appreciate quality. I do believe the item I received was not the best, I am very sorry to say because I love all the products from Ciate that I have tried😢 other than that I would say I am satisfied with the other products. I am really thinking if I'll be making future purchases because of the quality in the products.”

“Haven’t received it yet. Now when I track it, it says it was forwarded by request or the address was wrong. I checked, the address is fine. Not sure what’s going on, but I hope to receive it soon.”

“The site isn't very Firefox friendly. This caused issues when ordering a product in 7 different colors. It would highlight the item and show you the name, but not load it properly, so it wasn't going into the cart (same result on all of my computers). After receiving 7 of the same color, I sent two e-mails, one letting them know what happened and asking about any way to remedy/fix the order and the other stating why the issue occurred (not really something I was at fault for since I can't control how a browser functions with a site). Instead of offering any remedy, I got a "Oh, yeah, that happens sometimes." sort of response and nothing else... I already reordered my proper colors and have chosen to keep my mishap to gift to friends at this point. However, the lack of addressing the actual concern at the time was not good business practice. I had assumed, either way, I'd likely have to pay for the return, but they just sort of blew it off and didn't address it. My second e-mail never indicated I didn't want to fix the issue, just that I realized what caused the issue when I went back to check what happened by trying to prepare the order of the new set. Other than that, the site is well designed and easy to navigate.”

“A little disappointed to find out that there is only a slight sparkle, but no where near the amount of glitter in the pictures. The colors are very pretty, but not glittery.”

“I love their translucent setting powder! But the delivery takes way too long(it's been 12 days showing it is at warehouse getting ready for delivery). I would rather look for a different product that I can find at Ulta or Sephora or buy at a store closer by to me.”

“I was so excited to get purchase the lipstick product after Jeffree Starr reviewed it and thought it was great. However it's not for me. Makes my lips look dry and cracked, like the lipstickis old. The colors go on streaked. I've even tried wearing it over another lipstick, not good. Sadly I'm disappointed 😫”

“I like it, colors are a little bright which are not exactly me but I have found ways to tone that down. Messy to apply the applicator is not the best and I usually end up with it all over my hands. Overall nice product just don’t think I would purchase again.”

“You quote your prices in US$ and, in my experience with other online purchases, I expected my credit card to have been charged your posted price in US$. That was not the case and my credit card company charged me a currency conversion fee. Had I known your procedure I would have used a card that does not charge a currency conversion fee. I can understand the advantage of quoting a fixed price in local currency but would like to see a footnote explaining that a currency conversion fee may be charged.”
