“Super disappointed. Order 3 product, first time ordering Ciaté, and the colors are not similar to what’s shown online OR on the box. I wasted $60”

“Very disappointed colors are not full resemble cheap Halloween lipsticks and very drying. Maybe it’s a bad batch I really wanted wanted to like the products purchased. I tried both on the lighter side and darker to compare. Every time I try to apply even if I try chapstick before or not it fails in filing in resulting in patches and unfortunate glitter distribution. I was excited when I saw Jeffrey Star try them.”

“The shipping was fast. But when i opened the first one Scandal, there wasnt a applicator brush on the tip. The second one Valentine worked but it was super dry and started crackin about 5 minutes wearing it. Also it wasnt as pink as i hoped. I didnt open the other two because the return policy says they have to be unopened and not used. So that sucks too. Id use them for costume make up or a halloween party but not a date type of night. Glitter was all around my mouth lol”

“Never received my order. Customer service did respond which was nice but I’m still waiting to hear if I can have my products reshipped. I can’t give the products a rating because I never got them. I’m pretty bummed about the whole thing”

“I was very disappointed with the lipstick. The color didnt look like I thought I would. The product also felt old and very dry. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the glitter action was neat. I dont know if I was sold a old product or if they are all the dry but I am disappointed.”

“Fast shipping but actual color is very far off from model and swatch on the website. I thought with it being called Infamous-berry, it would have more pink and purple tones. There's a lot of orange and it does not look good on me”

“customer service is good! the first glitter lip shade i ordered looked so much lighter than what it showed online and was replaced without a fuss. they didnt ask me to return the product but they sent me another shade that looks better on me. however, the product itself did not meet my expectations. i applied 2 layers of the product since 1 layer looked very thin. the glitter is there when i pressed on my lips but it was so patchy. some parts of my lips looked chapped and to make it worse, it felt really dry. i want to love this product since this is Jeffree Starr approved but this is a NO for me 🤦‍♀️😑”

“The colors I received were not how they appeared advertised, I did not receive the highlight sample that was advertised/promised, the lipstick comes off on everything and stains it. I won’t be purchasing again.”

“I cannot review the product because I haven't received it. It's been almost 3 weeks since my purchase and according to the tracking information, the package hasn't even shipped yet. I've just sent off my 2nd email regarding this and have requested a refund as part of the order was supposed to be a gift. So far, no word from Ciate as to what happened.”

“I'm a girl who loves a lot of sparkle. You can never have too much of it, I dont care what time of day it is! So when I found these lipsticks I was so excited I bought 3 of them. Candy. Valentine. And Undressed. NONE of them were the color shown online. I don't really expect things to look EXACTLY how they do online but these lipsticks weren't even close... i'll never wear them. Super disappointing.”

“I just received an email asking me to write a review on my purchase. Well .y package still hasn't been delivered and I was suppose to receive it three days ago. The tracking email hasn't been updated so I have no idea when I'll be receiving my.package or if I even will. I'm frustrated because it's been awhile since i ordered. I was extremly excited but after this I probably wont be ordering from the company again.”
