I have placed many orders Over the past 2/3 months including 4 t shirts, 3 were delivered and they was the wrong colour ( on 3 separate occasions )and the other I found out over a week later was out of stock

Ordered yesterday at 3pm paid 6.99 next day delivery and my order has just been processed at 17:45 today (the next day) still charged me the 6.99 though

Products arrived when said. 4 out of 12 items i ordered weren't in stock though and meant nearly all of deals where not complete so had to pay alot more than expected with receiving 25 less items

The first order I make was perfect all fit nicely and is beautiful. But my second order I made on 2nd June, till now I haven't received it. I have tracking same information. Please check it for me

The order arrived promptly well within specified dates. But have been quite upset with the hermes courier as he opened the porch door and the front door and walked right into the lounge without being invited and didn't call out to let us know that he had come in.i was scared.

Had a better experience then last time. In the past I have had to use customer services and lady was unreasonable and bad mannered.

Mixed review I’m afraid, A previous order still hasn’t arrived ! A reebok T-shirt was filthy and had a stain on the neck! And other clothing was way too small for the size on the label But that said the stuff that did fit was great and at a reasonable price

Delivery information after purchase is poor. Only after I’d sent an email to request some kind of idea of the estimated delivery date having already waited 5 days with no contact did I receive a generic notification. An actual reply to my request email came around four days after delivery, notifying me I’d had my delivery!!!??? “Ya think”?

Hello USC! I want to say the following about your work: First of all, when I have a complaint about something, you often don't answer any of my messages. Secondly, when me and my friends order an item we sometimes need to wait for the confirmation of the order for over 3 days, and then you'll respond with something like: "Sorry, we don't have some of these items at this moment.", and you send me the rest of the items in the order, without asking for my opinion. And sometimes these items that you send out to me aren't needed anymore, since some of the items are unavailable. I'm a client of USC for many years now, and i order many items for both myself and my family, and they don't like this kind of attitude either. Not very positive, but this is my honest opinion.

Disappointed. After I ordered I got an email to say one of the items had gone out of stock. I paid £6.99 for next day delivery and it arrived after 3 days! Tried to contact them but no response. Overall poor experience.

One of the police hoody tops was meant to have gold coloured text, but all of the gold was wearing away when I opened it, bit disappointed, makes it look old instead of new.

Usually got delivered to branch & receive £5 got charged £5 delivery and got nothing through no fault of my own , unfair
