“Very efficient service by USC, the courier delivery Hermes method included. Product was in impeccable condition and there is an easy option of returning the item(s) if they're not suitable or not the right size for instance....but there was no need to utilise that option on this occasion. A very pleasing transaction all around. Thank you USC.”

“Waited since 18th sept for trainers, finally turn up wrong size and in a box that's doesn't even match the make of the trainer plus has customers details on it, was then left to return myself and waiting on a refund,not heard from customer services even though I sent an email, disappointing for my first time ordering”

“I never received my order and the customer service response has been unbelievably sluggish. I’ve sent two emails and rang up and have still heard nothing. Does anyone even work for you. Terrible service. As for the product I wouldn’t know.”

“Bad knews 1. I paid for tracking delivery and left a note “if no one is home leave with neighbours” I had to collect from post office. (Why am I paying for a service not provided?) 2. Product damaged on arrival. 3. No option for refund on return sheet. 4. Wrong size sent. 5. I expect a refund. (Faulty goods)”

“Great range of products. However, I recently had to send back some shoes that were too large and it’s a little disappointing that you have to pay for the return postage when the delivery cost can be quite steep anyway.”
