One of the items I ordered was the wrong colour and wrong size - contacted USC via e-mail but as of yet (4 days later) have had no reply

The trainers that I ordered were a present and when I received them the right shoe was faded.

The Calvin Klein boxers that I ordered looked like they came out of a dustbin, the stickers were stuck on and couldn't be taken off so I couldn't give it as a gift.

Perfectly happy with the items, but one came with the store security tag still attached. Sent an e-mail to describe the situation but received no reply. Ironically, this customer survey request arrived first! Now sent the item back at my own cost.

I ordered 3 t-shirts, one of which had a black mark on it. I contacted your team via your online service but unfortunately I have yet to receive a reply. I bought thet-shirt for £12 so I would be a bit reluctant to send it back registered delivery as this would mean that I am paying too much. Would appreciate a response as soon as possible. My three pack of Calvin Klein knickers looked like they had been opened about 100 times - really poor packaging and crumbled. More than than when I went to put not he third pair there-ir is still a tag on them so totally unusable. Made me think perhaps they are stolen items? I will contact to get a refund but what a hassle - ash I had paid a few quid more and just got the originals from Calvin klein

Cheap stuff, but buyer beware. Ive had items that have clearly been worn, items wrongly labelled size wise, items with holes in etc, even a t-shirt that had a bad hand stitched repair, check goods carefully and beware - not once have I been refunded postage for faulty items, despite it legally being the sellers responsibility to refund postage for faulty items. Apparently consumer law does not apply to USC. Any time I tried to take this up with them I got nowhere, they fail to reply to any correspondence about a legal refund. Dont spend more than you can afford to lose.

Apart from driving 40 miles to go to a local store to find out they didn't have the product in store I then had to pay £3.99 delivery My delivery come a day early but didn't give me a time slot so I had to stay in most of the day

My unidays code did not get accepted. Hermes and yodel are the worst delivery couriers.

Delivery took a lot longer than expected and stated. When I went to track my order on the day of delivery it said it had already been delivered the evening before even though it had not. I emailed USC asking about it and I had not received an email back. 3days later I have now received my order. My order had not been deliver during the 3-5 working days as said.

Returns procedure. You charge for delivery, which a lot of other retailers carry out for free but then you also charge for customers to return products, which again a lot of other retailers provide a free returns service. You also do not provide the option to collect or return from your stores. On this basis I will sadly not be purchasing from you again.

My Pretty Green top came with the security tab on it so I now will have to take it to a shop to have it removed. It will be easier and cheaper for me but an inconvience I didn't need as I am going awayit was the polo top

Communication was good, delivery time was also spot on, but one of the shoes had some bobbles on the material,large threads hanging off the shoelace and the stickers inside the show were covered in sock fluff from where it had obviously been tried on by various people. This could obviously be rectified if I were to send back or return the shoes but I honestly can't be bothered with the hassle and shoes sold as brand new shouldn't be shop soiled.

I paid £7 for next day delivery only to have to use petrol to travel 20 miles to get to the nearest store as security tag was still attached.
