“Poor Nobel had to be on the phone with my mom & I for almost 2 hours to get my mom’s sim up & running. He was very patient and polite with us. We eventually got everything figured out thanks to him. He deserves a cocktail and a raise. Thank you Noble 🙌”

“Very pleased, everything went how it supposed to be. Can't say enough good things. She stayed on phone for over a hour saving my old number and fixing my billing on my new account. “I just joined US MOBILE, I was able to connect my phone easily, but i had problems with my husband's phone. i contacted US MOBILE, and very fortunate for me; i had Nobel who helped! Nobel was very patient with me(I'm a senior citizen), and he very patiently walked me through all the steps He even checked to make sure that i could receive and make calls, text and use the internet with the phone. f2”

“I have had positive experiences with customer service at US Mobile! The first representative I talked with was Joshua, and he answered many of my questions and helped make starting USMobile more straightforward, easier, and seamless. With the 30 day free trial, I thought well... why not. The price is also pretty right. The phone service works quite well actually. Customer service has been pleasant and available. I've also asked questions through the chat (I forgot their names already :( ) - I asked a lot of questions to the second person, and he answered many of my questions thank you! It helped me choose the product that will fit me and what I was looking for. I'm still on the free trial with USMobile, but so far... I think it might be... okay, like maybe pretty good. It hasn't felt too different (except maybe when there was a blackout, but also I'm not sure how that impacted non-USMobile users). This is my first prepaid plan, and I'm not really seeing a reason to go to post-paid!”

“I really enjoyed dealing with Nobel. He provided quick, efficient, and polite customer service with a proper British accent. I appreciate US Mobiles round the clock support, as I called at 8 p.m. Pacific Time, had a brief hold time of less than 15 minutes, and Nobel had my newest line successfully added to my 6 phone pool. Also, this was the second time I needed help activating a line. The previous call was for the same reason - and had the same result. Just some minor tweaks to the settings on my phone and everything works!”

“I love having US Mobile as my carrier. The service is very good and the prices are excellent. Today I called in to move from one phone plan to a different phone plan with US Mobile. The agent was pleasant and very helpful. It seemed all was set up as I wished. However, once we disconnected from the call I tried to use my phone to make a call and it would not work. I had to do a chat with a different agent to get the phone working again. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”

“The phone call I had with Hassan, I believe that was his name, was delightful. He was super helpful and super clear on his pronunciation of the letters and words to make sure that everything was typed up clearly. He was very thorough. And he knew exactly how to solve my problem which if someone before him would have known that the issue was what it was it wouldn't have saved me a lot of time.. But I would suggest teaching that workaround to your customer service team whenever they do encounters someone with an s21 or other affected Samsung devices. Hey thank you so much for coming through and resolving my issues. It may have taken a while but I'm glad it was solved.”

“I needed technical support to assist me port a number for a new service. In a few minutes Nobel was on the line and able to assist me resolving the issue. He was very knowledgeable and clear on his instructions. I felt confident and comfortable doing what he asked and we soon had the phone up and working on US Mobile. I have been in business over 40 years and this was one of the best technical support interactions that I have had. Great job Nobel and US Mobile!!”
