Don't waste your time & money !!!!! After 2 days of trying to activate the Super LTE network with various reps doing different settings they said my phone was not compatible, even after their own system said it was....so I was told to activate on the GSM network, after set up completion around 8:30 pm i did a few test to insure everything was okay, verified that internet connection was up and running, afterwards I turned my Wi-Fi back on, the next day before 9 am my internet stopped working, I called CS again and was told you guess it....I was out of data...I had used 2.5 gb in less than 13 hours, mostly overnight, in my sleep ! They provided me a "report" of my data usage that showed 20mb being used about every minute...weird right ???? My previous plan was 20 gb...never have I used more than 8 to 10 gb in a month...but somehow I can use 2.5 gb overnight on Wi-Fi ? The best part was when I wanted to port my number back to my old carrier, I chatted with CS to get my account # and pin....CS.....after a few mundane and smartly postponing remarks his answer....I can’t give you that information, I will send you a email. So I called CS, after answering 20 questions......his answer.....I can't give you that information, we will send you a email! So I had to move out of my spot on my carrier until the email arrive since the place was packed and I felt it was not right to keep other customer waiting... The service itself had a few dropped calls which I had never experienced with my real carrier and the phone would read "Emergency Calls Only" which seems to me it was losing network connection. No mms will work without data...so after calling about my messages not working i was giving a whooping 100mb of complementary data....which worked for a few days...... If you want a Headache ......Go Ahead !!!!!!!!!

I ported my number from t mobile to us mobile using esim porting guided by us mobile rep. T mobile said they have released it. US mobile esim activation produced error and now they say they they are trying to fix it. This is the third day and stillo they dont have an update and estimate on when they will fix it. Totally frustrating experience. Already lost 3 days of work and 5 hours of frustrating phone calls with us mobile. Still waiting for my number

I tried to use US mobile. But I got bad connection In my area, slowly internet speed, and haven’t received messages on time. And first day , I also upgraded and share my new phone number which is from US mobile to my bank , friends and so on. That’s why I want to port out my phone number to another carrier,But USMobile freeze my phone number,don’t let me port out immediately. They need me send email to US mobile, but they are inefficient, still not got response yet.

I have used them several times over the past few years. I'm not sure why I kept going back. This time was the last straw. I paid for the unlimited because I needed the hotspot for working on my laptop. The hotspot did not work, despite multiple chats, emails, and even a phone call from their tech department. My wife's sim card did not work at all, data would never work. After over an hour chat, tech support could not explain why. With this and my history of problems with them, they refused to refund my plan even though I only had it for 1 week and the hotspot never worked. They refunded my wife's plan because it never worked, but refused to refund the Starter Sim fee, even though the sim card never worked. I have lots of other negative experiences of their service never working for unexplainable reasons. I highly recommend for you to avoid and go with a different provider. I will not use them any more and have already found another provider that is just as cheap and both sim cards worked as advertised right out of the box.

Complete trash. Customer service is truly helpless when it comes to anything beyond basic. They continue to claim that a number port is still with the previous carrier even though the phone now says it's with Verizon, even when you call the phone number. Their customer service is just gate keepers that only handle basic tasks, if you have anything that is complex, they have no idea what they're doing and will just tell you they contacted another department, and that department will get back to you... they never do. I lost my phone number do to their complete incompetence.

I pay every month for unlimited everything. I looked up what all the plan offers. And I'm always having to call us mobile every month. I was told that I could call n talk to the ceo by the ceo but everytime I ask for him his workers never put him through. Keep telling me mobile hotspot is not included and I know it is because my wife only pays 47 bucks a month while I have to pay 55 plus tax every month. N there has been only once everything has worked right. I do not recommend us mobile because of the workers. The workers suck

I had high hopes for this service. I have used prepaid providers for years, and U.S. Mobile had been highly recommend on the forums that I follow. So I ported my number to them, and I am now without service. My old provider confirmed that the port went through. Yet, my number is not active on U.S. Mobile. The reps have not been able to help me. This is a major inconvenience. Please proceed with caution. I will update this review as warranted.

They lost my number in the port process. I have spent hours on tech support with no solution or expected time to resolve this issue.

Txt and calls work good but forget data. Their ludicrous speed is half that of Verizon. My wife is still on Verizon parent and her download is 21 Mbps. I'm on US Mobile and mine is 7 Mbps at best but during 90 percent of the day it's below .5 Mbps. I think it's due to deprioritization on Verizon towers thought they won't admit it. It's mostly unusable. Customer Service did their best but blamed it on network problems in my area but I know that isn't the case because I swapped the sim card with the wife and got the same results. 20 Mbps with her card in my phone and 4 Mbps with the US Mobile sim in her phone. These numbers were better only because these test were done at 4 AM. Like I said during the day the best I got on US Mobile was .67 Mbps.

Mukesh Kumar helped me today. I could not find my phone. I wanted to know if someone had been using it. Mukesh found that it had been used yesterday but not today. She let me know that I could look at a usage log. She was going to set it up and let me know how to access it. As I was waiting for her my granddaughter found the phone outside. I was very happy with Mukesh help. It is good to know that I can have access to a usage log. US Mobile is a great company. Thanks

Bait and switch with US Mobile. Tried to charge me double what the their unlimited plan is so I dropped them. When I first started with them they said after 6 months they would refund my money for the unlocking of my phone (didn't happen) so screw US Mobile.

Got Unlimited and Hotspot, but wasn't told Hotspot shuts off at 15 gigs. Also, after every gig after 15, US Mobile shut off internet. Without second phone to ask why, I could not have got them to restart. Unlimited is not really a thing with US Mobile.

Purchased UNLIMITED talk and text plan. They cut me off one night in the middle of a phone call. Called support and they said I had hit a "soft cap" so they forced me to call support to get service re-activated. What part of UNLIMITED don't they understand?

They offered a promotion ($25 credit per referral) and changed the terms after I had already referred a number of people (switching it to $10). They refused to honor the referrals I had already signed up, saying that they changed their policy and they had no obligation to give me the promised credit for the people who had already signed up, which is clearly false advertising. Beyond that, the service has been spotty and intermittent, despite us being in an area with a good amount of Verizon coverage. We will be switching back to Ting.

Most people don't have alternative phone access, aside from at their jobs, so it feels like a big deal to be out of service. For two weeks. Spending more than 5 hours on the phone, sending more than 10 emails. Being charged extra money to switch between a "Warp 5G" and "GSM LTE" sim card just to see if it works. All while being lied to that this money will be fully refunded. At least, it felt like a big deal to me. When things work, they work, and when they don't you speak to a different customer service person every day who is entirely unfamiliar with what has already been attempted and who made what promises. They don't really seem to understand technology better than the customer, and so they make you jump through the script over and over again. Rather than issue refunds as promised, they will try to give a discount on future service to force you to stay for a few more months. On social media they seem very responsive, but they send a public message and privately never contact you.

I have used US Mobile for several years. It's been great as I could choose my plan that fits me and top off when I use a little bit more. Over the years rates and plans magically seem to get better and better as they've started to streamline their services. But no matter the change, the customer service has always been stellar. A CSR rep was able to ship me a new SIM card after my other no longer worked (I was overseas for a year). The new SIM card came 1.5 days earlier than expected. After I waited 24 hours to reactivate my account I got in touch with Omema via chat, he came through and pushed my activation along and it's like I never left. Thanks to everyone at US Mobile for being rockstars! Happy Holidays to you and your family.

I ordered sims and a line but after contacting CS i was told my phone would not work in my area even tho their website said it had service. BIG waste of time and money.
