“First off the company is great with their fast shipping but the products don't match well and what I mean by that is I purchased a heater for my side-by-side according to the options that were given to me for my model and I also purchased a electric windshield for the same model but they don't work together When installed exactly how they are supposed to be installed according to the specs given the windshield closes so that the defrost vents are actually blowing on the outside of the window that's why the three star if I'm paying over $1000 the product should match and line up correctly but I have to admit the shipping was phenomenal fast”

“Ordered seat covers for my Polaris Ranger 800 crew over 4 weeks ago and still have not received my order! Called customer service and the lady I spoke to told me there is nothing she can do!. My order shows it is here at the UPS warehouse and has showed that for over two weeks now! One problem, it’s not here! I will not buy from your company ever again!”

“Dave Sherman was excellent to work with. He made I ordered everything I needed and had recommendations for better products. When parts came from superatv and was shorted some pieces, Dave made sure that he made it right. He made feel like an important and valued customer.”

“Bought a Back windshield for my Kawasaki mule and it fit perfectly. First time we ever installed one and it wasn’t to difficult. Just make sure you read the directions carefully and have a second person help with installation. I’m very happy with the results. I would recommend this item.”

“Navigation of the website was semi transparent. However the biggest disappointing was selecting something that is NOT in stock and UTVDirect took the money up front. And there are no updates as to when the item is being shipped. Poor communication all the way around.”

Hi Stephen, Every product on our site is listed in red right above "add to cart" on how long it takes before shipment. This product is built upon order, not on backorder and listed as 5-6 weeks before shipment. Hope this helps!

“I ordered a bumper. It did not allow a winch to be attached so I needed to return it. It is metal piping in a box. It had minor rubbing wear when i received it, but it is going on my side by side...so no big deal. I sent it back. UTV DIRECT used the minor rubbing as the reason they could not refund my money. Krystal said I can have it sent back, I asked for it to be sent back, but they had disposed of it. kinda sucks, because I went on to spend THOUSANDS of dollars at Side by Side stuff instead. They kept my money and did not deliver a product. TERRIBLE”
