“I hesitated to buy from a source for which I was unfamiliar. However, my speaker arrived in a few days and at the same price I had seen in some big box stores. There was trouble during the install and a request for information to UTV sent in the middle of the night was answered before I woke up. They asked for pictures and gave some professional guidance that worked perfectly. Nice to still have customer service somewhere.”

“The UTV website was easy to navigate and locate what ineeded. the purchase was easy to complete. shipping was relatively quick although the Kolpin windshield was drop shipped from the factory. Fedex ndelivered the winshield in three days, unfortunately it was broken. Kolpin customer service got right on it and shipped another windshield. it will be delivered tomorrow and ill find out if it arrives undamaged. All of that has nothing to do with UTV Direct.”
