“In a time when customer service is getting harder to find UTV Direct did amazing. I ordered several thousands of dollars of parts for my Can Am and forgot to put in my discount code. Not only did Christy F. go back and add my discount but she even caught that I had bought 1 of my many product for a different model and corrected it for me. Thanks”

“I received great informational assistance in regards to a plow kit I wanted to purchase for my defender. The representative was knowledgeable, informative and not pushy as to a certain product. After making the purchase, I received the product within several days and all of the parts were together as stated. I had to drill two holes to attach my mount, but the representative had already advised me if this prior to purchase. So no surprise. Haven’t had to use the plow yet, but appears very stout/beefy. So far happy with my choice and with UTV Direct. Competitive price, free shipping.”
