To clarify the situation :
The customer’s order was originally placed with an incorrect delivery address. Because of this, the carrier was unable to deliver the parcel and it was returned to our warehouse.
We spoke with the customer, and they confirmed their new address, to which we reshipped their order. The order has already been delivered to the customer.
We want to reassure our customers that whenever a parcel is returned due to an address error, we always resend the order as soon as we receive the correct information.
