The desk lamp I bought was cheap but extremely very poor quality. Returned and waiting for a refund.

Not impressed. When I went to purchase the light I tried first to get the offer for £10 off but when I clicked to enter my details I was unable to enter anything as it disappeared off the screen. I then tried to use one of the offer codes for percentage off which keep popping up but when I went to pay there was no option to enter any discount code. I then emailed customer service explaining all this and my frustration and I haven't had any reply. We have had our light fitted which looks great however one of the shades is dented and I have no faith in you so guess I will have to live with it. Unless you respond to this which may restore my faith.

Both lamps were wonky and the shade is folded to assemble yourself. Very unimpressed, sent back.

Extremely unhappy with this purchase, the top of the glass is not level. The only way to get the light shade level is to have the socket for the bulb leaning over at a ridiculous angle.

Twice now, I have ordered lightshades from this company, and I STILL have nothing to show for it. The first time, their Hermes '48 hour delivery' took 2 weeks and the both lightshades were Battered, dented and unusable. Second time, again using hermes '48 hour', this time taking 10 days. Hermes tracking from my end claimed parcel was going to be delivered on 3 separate occasions, then said parcel was too big and would need to be sent via a different delivery. I queried delivery with value lights and the tracking at their end claimed delivery had been attempted 3 times and was now being returned to sender!! This was an absolute utter lie as I work from home and NEVER miss a delivery. Value lights agreed to a refund, but I think they need to rethink their choice of courier if they want to stay in business.

I wrote to you a couple of weeks ago asking if you sold spare parts for one of your lights as I have broken one of the glass bits that cover the light So far I have not had any acknowledgement I look forward to your reply

Ordered matchng table and floor lamp. Both returned as faulty. Cheaply made, substandard. With Valuelights the saying is true " you get what you pay for"

Ordered and paid extra for next day delivery, but the order did not arrive. Website told us clearly that we had placed our order in good time for the next day delivery. Very disappointed in this company.

The item I received was faulty with parts of the metal hinges screwed on the wrong way around. Very poor quality. Item cost £69.99 and no way worth that. I was refunded in full and told to bin the item.

Not happy with Quality of the lamps, not packed out at all to stop damage. Mine arrived broken with damaged box. I want be using Valuelights again.

Received our Floor Lamp and it arrived damaged. The light itself was wonky and the screws to assemble wouldn’t even fit in the holes. We emailed twice to resolve the issue and hadn’t received a response and it’s been one week. Customer service overall terrible and quality of the product is terrible. Rated 1 star!

Take me off the mailing list. Your system automatics add me on mailing list which I never agreed to. Your advertising emails send everyday which is very annoying!
