Looks nothing like the picture did, the picture clearly shows chrome metal legs yet it arrived as a cheap dark grey. Also very flimsy lamp shade. Very disappointed.

I purchased a floor lamp from valuelights and they sent a tracking number which I have checked and they said that the lamp was delivered, two weeks later I still haven't received it. I have emailed value light with my receipt attached and they haven't even replied. They took my money without delivering the lamp. I will never shop online again. Odette

I never have received my order yet as my parcel during delivery was damaged so courier had to send back for retailer. Still waiting for replacement,hopefully will be in better packaging.

Awful so called service. Dyslexic as cannot read emails correctly or respond in appropriate manner. Never ever go near this company. One of worst we have ever used.

Received the product which isn't as advertised. I ordered a "light wood clipper floor lamp with xl rolla" and received a dark wood base with white wash over it. I called to ask if this was a mistake. They took 3 days to not call me back after needing to "check the other stock in the warehouse against my photo and the website" to discover the light wood stock isn't light wood and the website is wrong. Of course I had to call 3 times to find this out before attempting to return. No apology. Awful customer service. Do not buy their stock. Its not as advertised. I should have listened to the other awful reviews and not taken a chance on them.

Whilst I would love to write a review about the beautiful chandelier and table lamps I ordered, I can’t!!...... why you ask?? Because despite the promise of 48hr delivery, nearly a week later my my order still hasn’t arrived!!!!

The light I’ve received is such poor value I’m so disappointed. The shade falls off constantly and the one leg won’t screw on it keeps missing when screwing in !!!

When this was delivered I was surprised the shade was "flat packed".The silver lining of the shade had creases in it as the cardboard box had been squashed sometime I presume in transit. The plastic reducer for the lampshade had three tags on but unfortunately one was broken off so it is now held in place with sellotape. I assembled the tripod legs but again this had a fault. I assume that when the top of the 3 legs were welded in place one was at the wrong angle so when it is assembled the metal plate under the lamp holder is not level. It is appropriately 6mm out of level consequently when the lampshade is it exaggerates how out level it is. I have emailed you this information a couple of days ago and I await your answer. Hopefully this will go some way to resolving these issues. If I knew it was flat I wouldn't have bought it and to have the base so out of level I find staggering. I could try and tweet the faulty leg but I fear I may break the weld.

I ordered a light for a family members birthday and requested next day delivery. (Order placed at 0633) and never heard anything for 4 days until I phoned them up to say oh yes you will have it soon! I’m still yet to hear back from my email. I wouldn’t recommend next day delivery as they can’t fulfil this requirement as advertised.

Order didn't arrive on time contacts company they were apologetic Hermes sent to wrong depot not their fault they ordered another set of twig lights both arrived on box badly damaged tsuvs all broken other one fine these light are very poor quality they will both be getting returned as soon as company reopen after new year

I ordered twig lights for a Christmas gift. I bought them from valueligjts, not because they were good value, but because they promised next day delivery if you paid for express delivery, which I did. Now, 8 days later, I still haven't received my order and my complaints to their so-called customer services have been ignored. As far as I am concerned they have stolen my money and my strong advice is to stay away from them and don't give them the chance to steal your money too.

Very disappointed in the floor lamp I have purcased, it’s from the Curva Range. The picture shows a straight pole curving at the top with a dropped lampshade, however the pole leans with the curve making the shade look too heavy for the pole. By constructing the lamp shade yourself there is no room for not getting the Velcro to stick together perfectly. Even if it’s a millimetre out the glue gathers fluff/dust causing it to stick to the shade. The sticker on the lamp states what bulb it needs, however this is incorrect, it is not a BC but an ES. The product as a whole looks cheap and is flimsy, a complete waste of money.
