Haven't received the goods despite being on 48 he Hermes delivery and now day 4, with the tracking information no longer appearing on Hermes website! Shows how a courier can bring about a poor score! I wouldn't bother unless you are happy to wait at home indefinitely

One of the legs on the floor lamp has no thread for the screw to attach to. So it is very loose and just wobbles about. Very poor quality and unsafe around children! Would not recommend!

I wouldn't even give then 1 star if it was possible . Cancelled my order after my 24hr delivery order still hadn't arrived after 3 days . I sent them emails made calls and to be perfectly honest no one seemed bothered . Very disappointed.

Website is misleading with post and packaging charges and delivery days... asked for a refund for postage charges as I paid extra to have it delivered next day.... it took 3 days to get here. Lights not as described, different bulb fitting than what the item description says. To be honest. Poor service.

Very bad from start to finish. Bulb blew up had visitors was very embarassing and could've been a worse. Rang and there said i put too high voltage watts on my chandelier when i had a 60 watt intake on each bulb. Blamed my fitted lights. Fire and smoke started smoking out within a day. Ive used many led bulbs before but never again from value lights. Stay away!!! If i could i would rate -1 but dont trust them and bad customer service.

I'd give Zero if I could. Not what I expected at all. The light shade was fitted together by Velcro and some sticky back tape which you assembled yourself. . The legs of the lamp were screwed together in 3 sections and once assembled were wonky and tilted. Do not buy from this company! Cheap tack that will not be how it looks on the photo.

Extremely poor service. Tried to cancel my order to amend it prior to dispatch and was confirmed this was ok and I will be refunded. The item then arrived. I have spoken and emailed numerous time to customer services and was informed it was never cancelled and now i will have to pay for return and wont be refunded the original postage. Since saying i am not happy with this and i want the call recording to be checked confirming i would be refunded i have been ignored and have received no further correspondence/call backs. I wouldn't trust to use this company again.

Very bad service, I ordered two wall lights over 2 weeks ago. When i fitted them to the wall one didn't work. I called and was told that i would receive a replacement in the post within the next 2 working days. 2 weeks later and i had not received anything. I called back yesterday and explained that i had not received a replacement and i was told i would be sent another one on next day delivery. Today i received a delivery but it wasn't the wall light it was a bulb instead. I have since called again and told i will be sent the wall light next day. Hopefully i receive this tomorrow but this is just ridiculous.

I personally will not use valuelights lights again. Ordered a lamp and within minutes the price dropped and they would not price match. Then another lamp order arrived and it did not work. I asked for a refund and only received a partial refund due to postage costs, yet I paid extra for shipping and handling.

Awful Company!!!! Placed order for a lamp and received confirmation it had shipped and would arrive shortly. After 1 week tracking info showed it had been returned by courier due to damage. Contacted Valuelights and they agreed to ship replacement on 24 hr deliver (good!); this arrived as promised but unfortunately they sent completely the wrong product!!! Called customer services and they agreed to send the correct product on 24 hr delivery; received email a couple of hours later to say they could no longer supply product due to stock discrepancy and that they had cancelled our order and redunded our payment! WILL NEVER USE VALULIGHTS AGAIN!!!!

I looked at some lights and added them to my basket. Unfortunately I couldn’t proceed straightaway with the order from the same device. I then proceeded and paid for my order from another device. Which equated to over £360. Once I went back to my original device I had a 20% discount voucher to use as I kept the items in my basket. As you can imagine I was fuming. I called customer service and spoke to a woman with little English language and she told me that was just unlucky and the only thing I could do was to cancel the order and start again!! As I needed the lights as soon as possible that wasn’t practical therefore costing me a additional £72 So please be aware of vouchers being issued!! I am completing a very large project and will source my additional equipment from another company now!!!!

Really disappointed in the quality of light shades, the fact that they arrive flat and have to be assembled cheapens the product. Will be returning the item, very u satisfied customer

I ordered a floor lamp and a few other things the floor lamp came damaged i emailed they sent another and came damaged again very dissapointed and now not responding to my emals wont but from here again

Terrible. One of the worst companies you could ever deal with. Poor quality products (basically Chinese Alibaba products with inflated prices) and horrendous customer service. They have multiple business on the likes of eBay and Amazon with different names, Value Lights, The Light Factory and many more. Seriously, avoid them if you want to spend your money on decent things and not have to endure their criminal behaviour when dealing with problems.

Blame customers for non delivery of items and extremely rude customer service. I had a family member at my home for 2 days in a row to take delivery the courier received it for delivery and then logged 10 minutes later on their tracking that delivery was delayed. It is not possible to get from Airdrie to Linwood in 10 minutes.....but of course Valuelights blamed me?????? Get a grip people and change your couriers

Horrible service, ordered a large number of lights and requested next day delivery, order didn’t arrive. No updates on delivery, you have to phone at your own cost to find out what’s happening.
