Ordered this last week and paid for next day delivery, one week later still not arrived. If say it’s been pretty shocking so far.

Disgraceful company. I ordered a lamp, was sent the wrong one and then not believed when I told them through several emails and a phone call that they had sent the incorrect one. All because I couldn't find the lamp on the website - I think that they had removed it. The lampshade was also of very poor quality and so I asked to send it back for a full refund instead of my original order, however they have only issued a partial refund. It appears that they have not refunded the postage. Shoddy business, avoid!

I ordered three light shades on 20th August and eight days later they hadn’t even been dispatched. I had to email to chase them. Overall very slow and very poor customer service

Do not go near this company! The floorlamp's shade is cheaply made,held in place by Velcro! Appalling customer service...I was emailed a link to obtain a customised Returns label with my details plus pre-printed address for return destination - When I enquired about why I had not received my refund,I was told the item had been sent to wrong address...I am not at fault as I used the link Valuelights sent me!....Now Valuelights refusing to reimburse me and says it is my fault! I asked to speak to Senior management...still waiting!! I am disgusted!!

One spotlight has a loose connection so had to resort to Blu-tac to hold the bulb in contact. Too late to do anything about it as already paid for an electrician to fit it. Not great quality- a shame as a nice looking light fitting.

The power in the lights are so poor ! Luckily I bought them when they were on offer ! But if I had paid full price ! They would have gone back

Awful customer service. I was supposed to be refunded for items which they agreed, now I've paid they have refused the refund. When asked if I could speak to a manager I was told that the manager doesn't speak to customers!! Shocking service, avoid this company.

I had placed an order around the start if February for 4 bulbs. Bulbs came quickly which is great however they did not work. I contacted customer services who provided a returns label. I posted the bulbs back the next day. Almost a month later I had realised I had not received a refund. I contacted the team who then requested a tracking number i did not have this and could not find my receipt from the post office having said that you would not expect a tracks signed for package to go missing. I have been for the last week back and forth with the customer service and they are unwilling to help or issue my refund I think what they are forgeting is I would not be im this position if they did not send me faulty bulbs in the first place! Iv’e lost time and money a big company like this should not be worrys about 20-30 pound but to a customer that could be alot or money! I would not recommend this company your better off going to a reputable shop who would be more than willing to help in a similar situation. Terrible customer service not happy overall bad service I would give less than 1 star if the review permitted it. I am still yet to receive a refund!!!!!! Thanks a bunch

Extremely poor quality, flimsy, loose fittings, cracked plastic housing and terrible 'effect'. Had to respray myself as they were a gift and I didnt have chance to return.

We still haven't received our delivery! I understand that the courier delivered on Wednesday 7/3 but no one was at home and they left a card to say that they would re-deliver up to 3 times. We have had no delivery attempts made and no contact since then, and while I understand things were difficult last week due to adverse weather conditions, it would be good to know what the situation is re our delivery. Great priced product but was advertised as Daylight Led bulgs.Tgey arrived and were Cool Light.This is reason I ordered them as wanted Daylight as find Cool light too artificial.Sadly had to throw them away.Please dont advertise as Daylight then send Cool light its a massive difference..But service of deliveey was great just wrong peoduct.Would only buy in store again now as know will get right product.
