“It was a fast delivery, however the actual product is not ver sturdy and looks bent .”

“The lights are ok but had I known I myself would have to assemble them I probably would have paid more and bought them ready made! I didn't read anywhere on your website that they were flatpack! It should be made very clear!”

“The mirror light with shaver plug That I purchased arrived on time and does the job. It is however quite badly designed. After wiring it up you have to screw it back together before fitting it to the wall. Often there is little wire to play with, and it's almost impossible to fit without extending the wires. A better design would allow you to wire the light after screwing it to the wall, then clipping the front on.”

“lamps provided with lighting fittings supplied would not physically fit the light although shown on website as suitable. After checking the problem offered correct lamps free of charge.”

“Great delivery, but product has very short wires that can't work in most situations. This means extra costs getting electrician to rewire lights. Shame.”

“Quick delivery and easy to install but the downfall is the lamp does not stay upright without a weight on the bottom which is a shame as the bottom of the lamp makes the whole lamp look good altogether.”

“Not quite happy! Good delivery, well packaged. However item described as 250mm diameter, actual size is 200cm, a little smaller. Slightly disappointed. Also recommended light bulb a little dim for an external fitting.”

“Very neat and easy to fix. The bulky transformer plug requires 3 pin wall socket and therefore might need new socket installed if you want to hide inside or above cupboards. Cable from plug to 4way distribution connector long enough, but cables from lights to connector too short at only 100 cm as my kitchen cupboards were 90 cm high and I wanted to hide plugs/wires etc. on top. Very effective for 'subdued lighting', but no good if you want brightly lit work area.”

“Arrived on time and seemed like a good quality product. However, the casing is very heavy, made from metal, when I had assumed it would be wood - like any other kind of frame you would buy. Worse, the lamps that came with it are far too bright. I have had to remove them and buy much dimmer ones.”
