“Love the ceiling light but when the electrician fitted it it blew a fuse and all the bulbs needed replacing at a cost of £6 for 2 he said the cable wasn’t crimped in properly it’s working great now and looks lovely but would like the 6 bulbs replaced”

“Great products at very reasonable prices. Very fast service and dispatch from valuelights, but was disappointed with the courier used. I paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive until the following day even though the courier tracker claimed it was out for delivery on the scheduled day.”

“The only issue I have is that the parcel company delivered the goods with no tracking updates on their website. Luckily my wife happened to be in at the time. Apart from that the light is perfect.”

“Generally very happy with this item. However it’s not 5 star rating because the light does not hang level. There is a 10mm difference. It appears to be because of the 2 chains being different lengths. But these cannot be adjusted.”

“Bought a lovely tripod standard lamp. Really pleased but be advised if you sign up, read the welcome email before you order as you cannot use the welcome offer - and they will not honour it - at a later date.”

“Ordering item was easy received confirmation email which also gave days for delivery. Email sent with delivery day and time frame with details of the delivery person. It was difficult to assemble as one of the screws would not grip the hole in the leg was too deep for the screw to get too. had to get someone to make adjustments otherwise I would have had to send it back”

“easy to place an order online, the whole process quick and efficient but as a company they shouldn’t use Hermes. I got a notification saying itl be delivered on Saturday between 2-4 pm but then at 5.25pm the status changed to “there’s been a slight delay but we will deliver asap” I waited all day for it to be delivered. Eventually delivered on Tuesday.”

“I purchased bedside lamps and they are lovely. Actually alot better quality than I had imagined given the price. They're really heavy and look fab. One issue is the screw thread is too long so sticks out the bottom of the base which makes the lamp wobbly I don't ha e the means to chop it off.”

“A good choice of products at reasonable prices. I have ordered from them twice now; both times the products were as good, if not better than their photos (which is more the McDonalds can claim). They arrived quickly and were well packaged. All in all, a good company.”
