what a company ordered 2 plugs begonias for hanging baskets £9.99 each + postage i.e £24.97 on 26/05/20 money taken straight away (ref. 34151827) chased them as I didn,t have anorder no or confirmation no joy.rang customer services several times again no reply.E-mailed 4 times requesting a refund no answer still no reply and no refund This seems tantamount to Fraud to me

Don't use this company! My order in May has still not been received in full. An email requesting an update went ignored. The order is currently in transit and has been for 7 days, so not expecting any healthy plants to be delivered if they ever are! I have requested a refund, but don't hold out much hope of getting easily looking at other reviewers comments. My advice: look elsewhere for online plants!

I placed a large order early May the email confirmation stated 24 hour delivery on 2 obelisks and I have still not received them. I’ve now sent 5 emails with no response and no refund. Other items still not arrived. Some arrived in very poor condition.

After my order was delayed, I phoned to say I wanted it cancelled. The person on the phone told me I would get a refund. When a week passed and I didn't get it, I sent an email. I got no response to this. When I raised a complaint with PayPal, I got a refund within twenty minutes. This is a totally dishonest company who were just sitting on my refund request and doing nothing. I will never use them again.

Without doubt the worst and most dishonest service I have ever experienced in Internet purchasing. No effort whatsoever to make the due refund.

Eventually someone answered the phone and I was promised a full refund, more than 2 weeks on and still no refund.

Paid 50.91 they took the money and no plants,lying csa’s promising refund, will use distance selling laws against them and PayPal, don’t use this terrible company. This refund will take more than 14 days!!! Avoid this company
