They sent EMPTY PODS when I ordered COULS. How could anyone get that wrong, no less at a vape shop. They must have monkeys just through things into packages and mailing them. Unacceptable!

Beware, There’s no way to tell if the company is a scam or the shipper. Either way they don’t take responsibility for the shipper they chose. 2 weeks waited, the vague tracking number shows in transit and doesn’t move for 5 days and after 4th complaint and demand for refund just another decline and stating refer to tracking that now says out for delivery and here we are 3 days out for delivery. There’s no way to know who it is supposedly shipped with but tracking is a scam and I am disputing the charge. Prices are only about 25% less than retail stores and not worth the bad service and never knowing if anything is ligit.

no emails saying they got my order, or when its going to be shipped, or anything. just said ON HOLD , i paid for 2 days shipping, its been a week and they havent shipped it yet, just saying its ON HOLD. absolute bs. terrible company , i'm going to have to go thru capital one to get this reversed.

Ordered wholesale direct from vapor beast. Multiple orders occurred where products were missing. I had to proactively call customer service to find out what happened. Rather than issue a refund for products that were out of stock. I was issued a credit on my account. I vowed to not use their service again. Now a year and a half later I was curious to see if my credit was still available to me but my account has been deactivated on their site.

These people will take your money, not send you your product, then give you the runaround and make you jump through the same loop over and over for months. Eventually they will say you can get a refund then not issue one. Don’t do business with these people unless you like headaches and throwing away money.

Kathy in customer service was no help in tracking my shipment at all and told me i should have read the website regarding shipping (I had asked who it was shipped through as she couldnt provide a tracking number) Rude and talked down to me... left me on hold for 19 minutes when I asked for her name and address of the company in order to file a complaint... ordered the 15th of the month, not shipped until the 23rd (or at least thats what i was informed).. horrible service

5 days to get a confirmation. I sent an email and it was never returned. Wildly unimpressed at how slowly they put my order together. I'd recommend another shop or site. Theres a reason they have 3.5 stars.

DONT ORDER ANYTHING VIA MAIL!!!!! The habitually use snail mail, even if you pay for first class delivery. Not the first time this has happened... Order something Monday-2 day shipping. Comes the FOLLOWING monday, no refund on shipping costs

I bought a replacement glass and some coils, it took 5 days to deliver when I paid for 2 day shipping. On top of that the glass did not even fit, and there was no email or anything to let me know it had been delivered.
