“I have been ordering through vapor beast for at least 5 years now..I get good quality products and all is shipped and received within a week with standard shipping! Very reasonable prices and they're dependable!”

“I ordered 4 boxes (5 each) of coils. I found 3 defective coils and they replaced with full box, FREE. Can’t get better service and stand behind your products.”

“I had 2 issues with my order. First, my juice wasn't in stock and then my new tank had a defective seal. VaporBeast was AMAZING. They refunded me for the juice and sent me a replacement. They got back to me quickly and were very professional! Great service!!!”

“My first time dealing with them I screwed up placing my order thinking my order did not go through but it did. Michael is the rep who helped me and at the time he could not see where I had placed an order so I gave my order to Michael. Of course the next day my card was hit twice with the same order. So I got in touch with Michael and that day he took care of my card by placing the money of one order back on my card. I'm in Georgia and two days later I received my order which came packaged perfectly. FAST SHIPPING. I will definitely be using VaporBeast more in the future and Michael is my go to rep. He gets it done & done right.”

“5 days to get a confirmation. I sent an email and it was never returned. Wildly unimpressed at how slowly they put my order together. I'd recommend another shop or site. Theres a reason they have 3.5 stars.”

“Ordered wholesale direct from vapor beast. Multiple orders occurred where products were missing. I had to proactively call customer service to find out what happened. Rather than issue a refund for products that were out of stock. I was issued a credit on my account. I vowed to not use their service again. Now a year and a half later I was curious to see if my credit was still available to me but my account has been deactivated on their site.”

“Ordered a POD device along with juice and extra cartridges, paid next day air so I could receive it the next day. There next day air price wasn't bad and there free shipping service was like 14 days. They did have a cutoff if not ordered by 12 it wont ship out that day. which basically just means they are lazy and dont want to get it shipped out that day. So I was ok with waiting one more day for it to ship, but then the next day around 11 I get a email saying you have to fill out this form in order to ship the product, so I filled the form out and didn't get it back to them until 12:30 so they delayed the shipping again another day because I didn't get the form filled out and back to them before 12.”
