This is one of the worst companies out there . They will quickly take your money but you will forever wait for your order. Or you may not even get it.its not worth the run around the give you.

I did NOT sign up for auto delivery and I have tried and tried to get someone from Customer Service to contact me and no one ever does. Calling my bank now to block any further withdrawals.

Got all the confirmation for the order and shipping then the package never came. They even disabled the tracking for it after they said it was “out for delivery” for 3 days. Definitely don’t waste your money ordering from them. Not even sure where they’re based out of, they say the US, another commenter mentioned seeing Australia, and my shipping info said the UK. Shady stuff.

Horrible horrible service ! I have reached out to customer service 3 days in a row and nothing. I called again today and actually spoke with someone and was told I would get a return authorisation emailed so I can return a brand new defective product. But then the email said they will review my concern and make a determination on how/if to proceed?! What! The $35 vape was defective and never once used- I even sent them a video as proof. So disappointing DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Sure wish I would have looked up reviews prior to ordering :( First online vap shop to come up on my google search. I have sent 6 emails with no response and 8 days post order i haven’t even gotten a tracking number/only shipping label has been created!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Yes a few weeks ago l order a few things on September 13 2023, they say it will be 5 to 8 days and l been looking up and it tell me my package is pending so l email vaporfi.com they keep telling its pending, l don't know who's the carrier, l been waiting for a few more days well as it right now no package yet please l need to talk with someone that will take care of this matter thank you

They use unreliable and disreputable shipping services. Most recent order they claim they delivered it to my work address (they didn't), and forged a signature of the initials of the business. And their customer service is rude and unprofessional and only responds with boilerplate. Will not order from them again

"My experience with VaporFi's online vape store has been extremely disappointing. I have encountered several issues with their customer service, and I believe they have not been transparent in their dealings. When I placed my order, I was not informed that there would be a delay in delivery, which was very inconvenient for me. Moreover, their customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive. I tried to reach out to them to address my concerns, but I received no proper response, only bots answering my questions. It has now been three weeks since I placed my order for vapes and pods, and I still have not received them. Overall, I strongly advise against buying from VaporFi, as my experience has led me to believe that they are not trustworthy."

They gave me a fake shipping number and said I need to just wait because it already has been sent I have no way to track my order I contacted my bank and they said they will check on it for me I'm done dealing with your company good day

Money removed from my bank and 40 days later...NO DELIVERY OF VAPES This company is based in the USA although website states Australia. Do NOT waste your money on purchases from vaporfi as you will never receive them !!!

I have been waiting on my product for 3wks. Then they say they attempted to deliver. But there was no note left on door. I work from home so haven't Noone tried to deliver. Now my order is sent back to customer after one attempt to deliver. They never tried to deliver this is a scam.

Price seems good until you realize that they don't send you any goods. Their delivery system is seriously broken, so does they customer support. Would not recommend. First vape product website that I never even got my package from out of 7 different websites.

I order a vapor on 10/2/2022, no vapor. I have emailed 3 times and get a different reply each time. I will not order from them again. I can't believe the customer service. I have worked in customer service for 30 years and am appealed. I would like to have my money back.

I made my order a month ago still don't have it they have since then billed me 2 more times for the same order saying I signed up for auto shipments I did not sign up to be repeatedly billed every 7 days for product that I have not ever received so I contacted customer service seems they can't refund my money because it has already been sent out if it's not delivered in the next 30 days they say I need to contact the delivery company well I have no idea who the delivery company is as the tracking number they gave me gives me a page that has nothing to do with delivery I will never order here again and guess I have to change my card or something cause they keep billing my card every 7 days and I can't figure out any other way to stop this from happening I have told them to stop billing me so if I'm signed up for some kind of auto thing take me off they said they did but still bill me they also tell me they refunded my last auto bill payment but they did not I do not recommend this company at all go anyplace else

This company is charging me $5.99 for same signature upon delivery . Delivery time is 3-8 days when you order from them, but unfortunately is never on this time .When I called them thay told me that thay have 21-30 days to deliver my order. Usually thay are using the 5 string solution company to deliver my e- cigarettes . And when I'm checking tracking number is just showing that my staff are in the hub for days. No phone, no contact. It's just so anointing. I'm considering to stop ordering from this company because I payed for order in the time of ordering and they don't have any respect for the costumer money and time. My experience with them is just horrible and nerve wrecking chasing my order .
