“Ordered the piggy bank custard big fill. Was delivered quickly the following day and it is one of the nicest custards iv had. And iv had plenty 😂 only thing is because it's a big fill you need an empty bottle as the nozzle is too wide to fill up your tank. I assume it's for pouring into 100ml bottles”

“I ordered 3 blueberry pomegranate bar juice however I received the wrong item they sent me blueberry sour raspberry, so I emailed them and they apologised and they said they would dispatch the correct item to me. I received the order and again they sent me the wrong flavour and it was the blueberry sour raspberry instead off the blueberry pomegranate. I understand when someone makes a mistake for the first time but on the second time they would make sure it’s correct. I won’t be placing anymore orders with this company as I got let down twice now.”

Hello Michelle, I've looked at the correspondence between yourself and our support staff. From what I can see you have mixed the concentrates in an e liquid at 30% flavouring. This is much more than we recommend. We display our recommended percentages on our product pages, we don't advise using much more than these values as it can cause an adverse affect, meaning the finished e liquids will appear to have no flavour and / or may taste very chemically. The products you received are the same products you would find elsewhere for example if you bought direct from the manufacturer. I'm sorry you feel that the products you received did meet your expectations however from a service point of view we have shipped & delivery the items in a timely manner and have tried to help & guide with your mixing via email. I hope you can reconsider your review rating to base it upon the service you received as opposed to the products. Thanks Vapour Depot

Hello Fatmir, We have checked the tracking of your item and can see it reached the destination country / customs. Although the tracking does not show any further information in relation to customs status, it appears that the parcel has been sent back to the UK on 09/11. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the receiving countries customs procedures. Once we the package has arrived back with us, we will contact you directly via email to arrange a refund. Hi there, We have checked your order details. I can see the order was shipped on Monday the 24th of October, however Royal Mail workers were took strike action on Tuesday 25th of October. This mean that the package would not move through the Royal Mail network on that day. I can see the delivery arrived on the 28th of October, which was 2 working days after dispatch, within the expected time frame. I would hope you can reconsider your review rating based on this information. Many thanks Vapour Depot
