“I love the markers. The only "problem" , if you can call it that, is that the colors that appeared on the web site were not quite what they were when I received them. I thought they were more muted. I was looking for a grey and a mint green color. The picture looked like the package contained a mint green. It wasn't mint green. Maybe it would be helpful if you included a list of the colors that are included in the package. They are not cheap and it would be less of a hassle for those who do send them back.”

“I was very excited about the chalkboard contact paper and if even went on our wall fairly easily. However, the first time I went to erase a message I was immediately disappointed. I've heard that some chalk pens erase better than others but you ought to include one that actually erases from the product if you're going to include it. I've had the paper up one day and it already looks horrible because it has permanent marks that faintly show up anywhere you write. Very disappointing after spending all that time to get it on the wall smoothly.”
“I specifically ordered my products for a Christmas gift because the website was offering a special 2 day delivery for orders made between Dec 18-22. I ordered on the 22nd and received the package on the 28th. Also I was told by a rep I could get free white chalk with my order but when that notice came it required that I pay shipping to get the "free" chalk. I hope that the chalk is amazing to make up for our very disappointing start. I was just devastated to not have it here for Christmas as it was to be a major gift. Hopefully she'll still be into chalks by the time her birthday gets here....”

“I cannot rate my experience outside of ordering on the website. My $90.00 chalk board has not yet arrived, nor has the subsequent versa-chalk markers. A company is often judged by it's shipping speeds and so that is all I have to go on..no products in hand yet.”

“The chalk paper looks nice but it doesn't erase as clean as it should! After writing out my menu on it, I went back to erase an item and you could still see the words and letters.”

Sorry that you're having issues erasing the marker's ink. :(
You can use a wet damp cloth to erase them but for stubborn marks, please try to use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and a bit of water and the ink will come off most surfaces. You can also try using ammonia-based cleaner, like Formula 409.

“IMMEDIATELY after I submitted order, i online chatted with versachalk on a Friday afternoon. I placed order for white and i wanted assorted colors. I asked that that be cancelled and I will place the correct order on Monday. She had me on hold and then told me that I would have to wait to hear from them on Monday. On Monday I got an email that the (white) order was shipped. I contacted Versachalk and they said that when I get the white order, call them and they'll send a postage slip to return it and I can re-order. It was delivered to Dale Leibforth (Not me, his secretary) so I gave it to him, he opened it and I just say forget dealing with the hassle of returning it! Even if it wasn't opened, returns are always a hassle. This should have been avoided if it was taken care of on your end as I was told it would be. It shouldn't be impossible to cancel an order within FIVE minutes of placing an order. Not happy.”

“The buying process from Versachalk was pretty painless besides the price. I received my order very quickly. Unfortunately, I was only paying for speedy shipping and not high quality items. After following the instructions for my pens I found that way too much ink comes out from the tip, leaving a large puddle of ink and making all of my lettering illegible. This even happens when writing on vertical surfaces, causing long lines of ink down my chalkboard. I had really high hopes for these pens, but I will probably just switch to regular chalk.”

“Hi! I ordered chalkboard contact paper and instead received rustic slate chalkboard. The sticker on the box said it was the contact paper but the product in the box was definitely not. I figured it was a mistake and began return process but ordered another roll. The same thing happened again. This time when I tried to return item again, it said I would receive a return label in 24 hours, but I still have not received it. You may want to check your inventory as it seems items are mislabeled. I am still waiting for return label to be emailed to me. If you could help me out with that it would be great. Although you have super cute stuff, I will not be ordering from your company again.
