Very unhappy with front desk lady -extremely rude and unhelpful. If using luggage storage u are not good enough customer.

I purchased Vertoe service and was completely dissatisfied. I arrived at the location to drop my bag off for the day. I was told to leave my bags in a convenience store out near all the snack goods. When I told the clerk I was not comfortable with this he stated that was the only option. There was no locker. The bags were not even behind the counter. I was just suppose to trust he would watch my bags and no one steal items out of it when they went to get some chips. This was not at all something I was comfortable with this. Instead I spent the day lugging my bag around until I could check into my Airbnb. Which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. When I contacted customer service they simply said they had never had any complaints by other users at this location and would not give me my money back. I was given a credit however, after the experience I had please tell me how I am expected to trust this service again. So that’s money down the drain between the Uber to get to the place and the service cost. Good luck using this service and feeling your items are secure.

We paid to leave our luggage at one of Vertoe’s locations until 10pm, but when we got there we were told we could only leave it until 6pm. We therefore had to carry our luggage around with us all day, as Vertoe have no contact number or helpline. We have not received a refund. Avoid this company.

We booked online and it didn't give us the exact location until after we booked and paid which felt really annoying and a bit sketchy to begin with. Then when we showed up we had to wait in line for ages - about half an hour, and it was a small post shop with a rude man running it. When we booked, it didn't say anything about having to pay extra for bigger bags (ours were 2 wakeboarding bags) and we had to pay for the whole day even though we were only storing them for 2 hours, then when we went to drop them off he said that we needed to pay more for oversized bags. I talked to him and said that we had to pay for the whole day and were only leaving them for 2 hours and he reluctantly took our bags. It was not the nicest experience and I personally wouldn't recommend it.

Our rates are also per item/business day so even if you store your bags for a few hours, we have a fixed rate for it. Could login to the app to check details of my order. Could find the luggage storage place in London, tried to use Google maps which shown where the place was but said Permanently Closed. Won’t be using again and waste of £25.00

Boston - Chinatown - Aug. 3rd Horrible service- didn’t answer any of my questions, laughed in my face and made me cry. Shockingly poor customer service. The employees made me feel unsafe and embarrassed to be there with my luggage.

The attendant at the hotel ignored me while I was trying to drop my bag. When he learned I wasn’t a hotel guest, he served a person behind me and made me wait. I was in a hurry, that didn’t seem to concern him.

HORRIFYING. how is this advertised as “storage lockers”… we showed up at the address to a run down, tiny bodega where a man threw our luggage in a dark back room and locked it.

I paid online and went to the store but the two guys was looking for some QR code and I don’t know why it doesn’t appear in my email and app. I only left my luggage 2 hours here. Then they said we can go and the QR will appear when I check out. Then we back to the site 30 mins before our departure, the QR code still not appear, the two guys took my phone and kept clicking and searching and waste our time and did not allow us to go. My train was almost late and I said we have to go but they don’t allow us.the fk QR code doesn’t appear is not our fault but They don’t care and it could make us miss our only trail back to Germany from Paris!!!! And I gave cash for 7 euro Would never use that agai

The location of the facility was fairly convenient, but when I went to pick up my bags after only 2 hours they were both very cold and one was completely soaked on the bottom half, like they were stored in a walk-in refrigerator. Employee dropped the bags to us and walked away, no confirmation they were ours.

I am not 100% satisfied with the experience I had with vertoe. I booked the storage location and within 5 minutes I tried to cancel and requested a full refund. The location was not what I expected at all. When I received the location and picture of the storage facility, I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings there. Furthermore, when I googled it google said it was permanently closed. Needless to say, I tried to immediately cancel and I found alternate storage luggage at a safe place. I have requested a refund several times and it has been denied.

Awful. The business was completely closed even though the website and doors of the business said it was open. All numbers we could find of this establishment were out of service. Would not recommend to anyone.

We reserved storage (prepaid and confirmed). We paid for an Uber and when we reached the address, we were refused and told they had discontinued services over a week ago. We attempted to call the customer service and looped endlessly with no help. We then tried calling another alleged vendor who also said they had no idea what we were talking about … so. Scam is the only word I can come up with (oh and we were charged for the non existent business).

The only person working there had a hard time communicating with me and had no idea about the tags/locks for my bag. He instructed me to just leave it in the corner. When I returned the door was locked and there was no one scheduled to arrive until after six pm. I had to wait for a traveler to awkwardly allow me access to my bag. Awful, stressful experience

Not a secure location to store your luggage (turned out to be the back of a store, no lockers). The employee did not know which company I would have booked through. I did not end up leaving my bag there because I felt unsafe.
