Cool idea but my location was changed last minute and I couldn’t use the service. Not cool.

Good evening! Unfortunately, your services turned out to be inconvenient, as at the reception point they could not provide the full implementation of the paid services. The paid storage time was reduced by 2 hours.

This is a great concept. In New Haven, it is centrally located and convenient to both train stations. However, it is in a headshop. The employees had no idea that it operated as a Vertoe, they had to call the owner which took a lot of time to sort out, and when we got our bags back, my wife's bag was wet for some reason. Coupled with the homeless people loitering outside panhandling, it was not a very pleasant experience. I would probably try this again if needed in a different location, but if you have other options in New Haven - take them.

It´s super nice having a place where I can storage my baggage. The only thing that I did not like, is that the host asked for a tip. I think that if they´re providing that service and if they whiling to work with vertoe, and If they have theire comission, they do not have to ask for tips, because what we are looking about this service, is not to spend money for a place to stay, we are looking for save money and host does not have to ask for extra tips.

Als ich meinen Koffer abgegeben habe hat niemand eine Buchungsbestätigubg sehen wollen, er wurde einfach ungesichert im offenen Laden stehen gelassen und auch als ich ihn wieder abholen kam hätte ich theoretisch jedes Gepäckstück mitnehmen können - für mich total unseriös und hatte ein schlechtes Gefühl beim Gehen. Dennoch alles gut gegangen, zum Glück!

I prepaid the guy didn't even check my reservation told me to take a pic of my luggage to show when I came back to pick it up no ticket or email or security code. It's also across the street from. The men's detention center aka jail. So be careful single ladies.

So I dropped my bags at the hostel around 10.30 in the morning and w as s supposed to pick them up by 8. But I came in by 6.30 and picked my bags and asked the receptionist if i could hang around there since my bus was in an hour. She said it wasn't allowed which is understandable. I was packing my bags to leave and was trying to arrange stuff, she kept looking at me the whole time and started asking me if i was ready to leave and opened the door. I was treated like a random homeless person who has entered the place and denied to leave.

1 star for the set up. Needs to be more transparent and less mysterious. 1 stars for actual storage... not secure... be prepared to lock bags if you are carrying anything semi valuable. If you do not care about your stuff being gone through, then fine. 3 stars over all. The concept is great and useful, but really needs to be actually secure and transparent on the front end instead of having to secure purchase to see is happening with the bags.

No one at The Mercury Hotel (South Miami Beach) knew how to check in my luggage when I arrived. The hotel itself was sketchy (read the reviews of this place on Google). I received no receipts and none of the locks with codes I was supposed to receive - received nothing. Upon my return, the manager (?) behind the bar was screaming at someone over the phone and never stopped screaming... just opened the door where my luggage was and pointed to it so I could retrieve it. I was happy to get out of there. Overall, a very strange and somewhat scary experience. Great idea for storing luggage, but I won’t use again. Sorry.

The service at this location isn’t streamlined like at others. The locations provider didn’t offer consistent protocol and it did not feel secure. Also, not the greatest place to leave your items. I

I don't directly blame Vertoe - I get their business model. However, the business they contracted to store our luggage did not open on time. After arriving 15 minutes late, the person opening the store told us to wait outside till he was ready. At about 20-25 minutes of sitting on the concrete outside of the store, he finally allowed us in to check in our luggage. We then had to rush to the scheduled event we had that started in 30 minutes.

The place where I left our suitcase was not customer friendly. I stood in front of two guys in the morning. They were sorting envelopes. Nobody acknowledged me for over 30 seconds. Finally, one of them pulled out his ear plugs and asked me what “I wanted.” I told him I was leaving a suitcase. He took it from me. When my wife asked if we could leave a small bag, he said no. That was another bag. I asked if I get a receipt, he said no. I asked if they lock it with a seal, he said no. Strange place

Location did not feel secure and when I came back to get my bag the door was locked and no one was there even though it was supposed to be open 24 hours.

The people were very nice but the bags were stored in a bathroom. My pillow was placed on the toilet seat... And vertoe won't tell you Anything until you pay and book. Deceptive.

I booked a place to store my luggage in New York City for a few hours. I received a confirmation by text and email. When I arrived at the booking location, the gentleman at the counter had no knowledge of my reservation, despite the fact that I shared my email and text confirmation with him.

We dropped our luggage in a green store, where the employees barely spoke to us. When we got back to pick them up, they were at the end of an aisle, accessible to everyone. Nothing was wrong with our luggage, but that is not a real service. If I pay for a drop-off place, I expect my baggage to be stored in a secure and inaccessible place, not left in a random aisle.
