Location was closed despite different hours being posted, never got to drop my bags off. Wasted an hour of my time. Save yourself trouble and ask your hotel to keep your bags, most will do it for free. Will never try to use this again.

The offices were closed until 9:30am for a 9:00am luggage drop off. I was late for my meeting. There were no explanations provided. I paid for a service I did not get.

Location was good to go near east side of Central Park and MET museum but the person at the shop was terribly unkind and careless. 🤨 He should drop it if he doesn’t want his job for this.

Had a booking for drop off on Monday 18th April. Arrived from the airport and took a taxi to the location. It was closed!!! Why would you accept a booking when you were closed. I’d like a refund please.

This system is a joke. The location never opened on the day we paid for and therefore you stole our money. Do not use this service. It is not real.

They were very nice people and nothing bad happened to our luggage, but I would not recommend if you are stowing something moderately valuable. The storage is behind a curtain in the back of a convenience store.

Awful. The LA location we booked (1047 South Prairie #2 Inglewood, CA, USA) didn’t exist and we were harassed in the parking lot as very clearly lost young women in a city we didn’t know. It was a dangerous situation that cost us money. We found a real storage solution but it derailed us an hour and was really scary.

Terrible service. I booked 3 lockers at 165 Edgware Road at a store under the name of Prince of London Souvenirs. When I finally found 165 Edgware Road, I was told that the latter store has now closed down and has been replaced with El- Amjad. I had to pay the shop keeper again to let me use the locker service. Clearly there has been some miscommunication between the businesses and the service provider. It is, however, the service providers responsibility to be well informed to provide their customers with a seamless service. Disappointing…

There was no lock and it seemed unsafe. He just put a small string around the bag and put it in a small closet and told us to leave. We told him we don't feel it's safe enough. He was rude and started shouting that he has a lot of insurance and told us to leave. Ultimately we decided to leave the place and not store our bags there because it was unsafe and the guy was just insanely rude and shouting.

On arrival to drop our case of the shop was closed !! So had to spend more money on leaving it somewhere else !! Would definitely not recommend sent an email and had no response!

Desafortunadamente esta empresa es un engaño, me cobraron el día por adelantado previa reservación y cuando llegue al lugar físicamente, ya no existia, estaba otro negocio, una tienda de Vape. Es una farsa, habra que estar muy pendientes de esta empresa

The place that I booked for storage was closed, but the booking still went through. So I paid a cap and arranged my trip according to being able to leave my luggage but when I arrived the place was closed and I had to use another (more reliable) service to be able to store my luggage. I contacted the company regarding this issue 3 days ago but have still not heard back from them, except for this link to a review (ironically). I would not recommend this app to anyone I will for sure never use it again.

I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW AS A WARNING TO CUSTOMERS AND TO INFORM VERBOE ABOUT A SHADY CONTRACTOR. The place (near the space needle) that kept our luggage was a sketchy smoke shop. The man behind the counter was impatient and overbearing. He took our bags and placed them close to him, but anyone in the shop could easily see them. The Verboe email I received pictured a tamper proof seal we were to place on each bag, but when I mentioned it, he told me we just needed to leave the bags because he would watch them. He demanded that I open my camera and give him my phone and then he took a picture of our bags, but only 3 of our 4 bags could be seen in the picture. We had already paid and were tired from travel, so we (unwisely) left the bags. After we left, we talked it over and came back for the belongings. We found a hotel that kindly kept our bags even though we were not staying there.

Said I could drop a bag in at 1:00 but when I got there made me wait and not show up for over and hour and 30 mins. I ended up leaving and lugging my suitcase with me all day.
