“The owner of the shop was super nice and the service was fast and easy. The only downside is that there is no clear sign outside so might be difficult to find in the beginning.”

“Our stuff was not put into a back room or anything. It was placed on the floor near the register. When we left, I asked twice - will our items be put in the back? I was told yes. Guess what? We returned and they were still sitting there. Guess I can't complain because they were still there - still, it didn't feel super safe.”

“I was disappointed that the staff were not quick to attach a unique way of identifying our items, at least in front of us. But at pick-up time, there was no problem finding all our items, quickly.”

“A great idea but needs tuning up. The luggage collecting point was a bit further from the station than expected and we have not been given any confirmation of deposit. Service very kind. The booking confirmation email arrived to me after 24 hrs.”

“Used their service on 2 occasions. For the first one, the lady at the shop said we could not pick it up 30 mins later than our estimated checkout time as she would charge us more. I checked our email confirmation and this was not correct. The second shop owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use it again.”

“All went good. I was only surprised that suitecases were all stored together without an assigned number or identification tag on it and everyone could go pickup by themselves the suitecase. I guess they have high trust in people :-)”

“1 block from Grand central. Convenient. Friendly staff of small store with shoe shine area. Bags were left in a corner which concerned me, but all was fine upon our return”

“Easy and convenient to book. Location was 8 miles from the airport and 5 miles from the strip, so about $85 in cab fees to get there and back. Location was a bail bonds company in a bad part of town and our cab driver recommended we not walk the streets when the sun starts to set. Agent was friendly and drop off and pick up was hassle free. Would not use again due to location safety and unexpected travel fees.”

“We were looking for a place to leave our bags very last minute. It was midnight in Vegas and although many of the Vertoe locations say 24 hours, we were only able to find one that was actually open that late to drop off bags. The experience was nice & easy once we got there, but finding a place on the app was more difficult.”
