“An app or service to store luggage is a great idea but not telling your customers where locations are until after they book is unsettling.”

“Vertoe is a great service for those laden down with heavy baggage and don't want to carry them around all day. The purchase of tickets and the check-in process was easy. The staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that the store closed so early, so from 5-9 pm I had to drag my luggage around until I went to the airport. If they had an all night locker system where I could pull my baggage out at whatever hour, I definitely would have given 5 stars”

“Was very fast and uncomplexe. The shop Assistent was informed. After 2mins my luggarage was stored. Only problem: the man didn’t put the tags on correctly. So you could still open my luggarage without cutting them. He could’ve stealed everything. What he hasn’t done. So still 4/5”

“All worked well, except we were not given a tamper proof tag, only a sticker to put on the bag. It wasn't a problem for us, as we had a padlock. It all went smoothly and very close to Victoria Station.”

“What a great service! I didn’t know such a thing existed. It allowed us to enjoy a few more hours in Austin before heading to the airport. My only complaint is that my confirmation email said the storage site was open until 5:00 but when we dropped off our luggage, we were told it closed at 3:00. We lost one extra hour of fun.”

“Easy checkin and checkout. Very good location. The only problem was that the location was mentioned as being close to Air Space museum but it was not close to the location. I had to take an Uber to get the Mall. This is not an issue with location but the software that mentioned it was close”

“Vertoe luggage storage was easy and convenient. However, I was somewhat concerned when their website didn't reveal the exact location until after I paid. Going forward, I now understand why the location was such a top secret, mystery... After payment, I was informed my storage location was in the the rear of a bail bond establishment, in a complete ghetto area of town. Very sneaky way to do business.”

“While this service is a great idea. When we arrived at the destination not all employees were aware of this service. Also there were no signs that this business even provided this service. So at first it was a little suspicious BUT they held our bags and nothen seemed to be misplaced. I will probably use again.”
