“Vertoe was very helpful and saved me lugging my snowboard around Tokyo as I couldn’t find any lockers big enough to hold it. The place I dropped my bag off was secure and people were very friendly. I’d definitely use it again.”

“My first time using this service and app was a bit tricky but the customer service I received to remedy the difficulties I had was outstanding . The response to my issues was very quick, cordial and completely satisfied me.”

“We had two bags that we couldn't carry around with us so we checked them using Vertoe. It was easy and simple and a life saver. The people were wonderful and when we got delayed traveling back to pick them up, they were very flexible and worked with us!”

“I found the use of app to be very easy and convenient. The pricing is good as well. My only issue is with the particular location we dropped our luggage off at. Our bags were just tucked into the corner with zero security and no tagging system. I didnt feel particularly comfortable leaving my belongings there.”

“First time using a luggage locker location and it was extremely convenient! The receptionist was nice and explained how the process worked. I felt safe leaving my belongings there. The location was very convenient to where I was going before checking into my AirBnB. Would use the services again when needed.”

“It took me a little longer to find it than I thought, no big signs. Very close to the Jamaika station. David was very helpful and nice. Everything was safe and sound.”

“So I searched on the app for a location near me, it said 0.13 mi you have to submit CC info to make an appointment. After submitting info the location turned out to be 3 miles away. Way to far, so we didn’t use the service. Sorry No Refund. 😩”

Hello Patrick, Sorry to hear that you have a negative experience on our website. The locations we have are all accurate and according to our Terms and Conditions, the full address and contact information of those locations will be provided after booking confirmation. Upon further investigation, the refund was not provided because you reached out to our Support Team, 4 days after your booking date. According to our Terms and Conditions, You will get a full refund for any booking canceled before the check in date. For any booking cancellation requests on or after the check in date, you will not be eligible for a refund. Once your check-in date starts, our location partners are holding space for you, so you can no longer cancel the booking as it has prevented others from booking the location. However, on a case by case basis, please know that we may be able to give you credits for future bookings. Please write to us at support@vertoe.com and we will try our best to accomodate you. “Some locations are more secure than others. Sometimes it feels risky to leave bags — you come back later and a different employee is there. You say, “hey I’m picking up my bags” and they often just give them to you with no proof. So it makes me feel like anyone could have taken my bags. Other places are more secure and ask for ID and give you proper tags, asking you to show pictures of them when you pick up. Never had a problem before, and it is convenient, but needs more enforced security measures.”

“Left my luggage with David (shop located in Jamaica, New York). The location is convenient, just across the road from the airtrain and subway station. David had been very friendly and helpful throughout the process!”

“I need Vertoe for an emergency bag dropoff near the JFK AirTrain at Jamaica. Booking via the app was easy. Connecting with the storage location was OK - slightly hard to find but to be fair the map provided was accurate. Owner of stor, David, nice and helpful. Would use again.”

“Definitely a time and money saver. Who wants to pay for an extra evening in a hotel or forgo a day in the city just because you have many suitcases to carry? Vertoe is a great, affordable solution. I've used it many times and never had a problem.”
