“Niet kopen! Slechte kwaliteit, niet alles geleverd en het kost veel moeite om met ze te communiceren. Kijk uit !!! Het ziet er ook niet zo uit als de foto’s op de site!”

“WARNING This site (veryvoga.nl but also all the other extensions) in my experience is a SCAM. I would say: DON'T BUY HERE. After more than a month I am still waiting for my parcel. With the so called track and trace (17track) it was said the parcel was on its way ánd returnt to hub on the same day. I was home on the day of supposed failed delivery; there was no notification in advance and no notification that I had missed the delivery. The only reply I got is that I had to fill in my correct address (done that already...no problem to accept my payment immediately). And that they hope (?!!) my package will be delivered.”

“I purchased goods on 20/05/20. I returned 3 of 4 items and am still to this day 25/8/20 struggling to receive my refund if £64.23. Customer services are atrocious do not buy from this company the goods are terrible quality along with customer services! I’m now getting my bank involved to hopefully get my money back!”

“Dreadful company. Sent wrong item. Then great rigmarole in returning it. They want a host of details -and a photo of the item received, but it is never enough, always something wrong - the photo never clear (it was when left me) It goes on and on. Seems no intention to rectify Al it needs is a return address They've got my money and hefty £10 p&p charge for one pair of summer sandals I will have to pay to return They hold all the cards. Easily checked that I am not trying to swindle then”

“Waited 8 weeks for my order. Paid €30 delivery for 10 dresses. The dresses are poor quality, horrible material Badly made and did not fit properly. Out of 10 dresses I kept 2, but even they are poor. Their website say postage is €4 .......WRONG! it cost me €20 to post. They owe me €200 and I'm still waiting. What you see on the website is not what you get, what u get are cheaply made replicas. I am so disappointed.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It's the biggest con. I bought 3 Pairs of shoes and all were completely the wrong sizes and cheap materials. The buckle was non existent so no way to do the shoes up around ankle. I tried for weeks and weeks to get a return. They tried to make it as difficult as possible to return the shoes. I have now sent the shoes back and only received half of my money back!!!”

“Bad choice to order from VERYVOGA! It took 3 months to get the order, and when it finally arrived, the item didn't fit. Trying to return the garments is completely impossible! Follows the manual for return on my account, You have to create a ticket and click on the order that I want to return - BUT MY ORDER IS NOT INCLUDED! only older orders!!. they do not reply to emails, and you´l only be bounced between different answers. WHERE CAN I TURN TO LIVING PEOPLE!??? I NEED ANSWERS!! I will notify this company for scams!!”

“Horrible!!!!!! I ordered 7 tops, only got 1 I ordered. They sent me a duplicate of a top that I didn’t ordered. They put a dress in that I didn’t order. It took almost 3 Mts for my order to come in. I will never order anything showing on FB anymore. Scam”

“Paguei quase 100fr neste site. Encomendei tudo no dia 16 de Maio e até hoje nada. O número de rastreamento nem sequer é valido, tentei entrar várias vezes em contacto com a equipa de suporte, mas sempre sem muito sucesso embrulhando-me que está a caminho e que seja paciente. Quando falo em reebolso nem sequer me respondem. Site FRAUDULENTO!!”
